This charming brick-and-flint end-terrace cottage has been thoughtfully renovated to create a bright, open‑plan living space that blends comfort with convenience. With a cosy lounge, dining area, and well‑equipped kitchen leading out to an enclosed rear garden, it’s an ideal spot for relaxed meals outdoors. Parking is available just opposite the property, making it a great choice for couples or families seeking a peaceful North Norfolk escape. Set directly on Beeston Common—a designated Site of Special Scientific Interest—you’ll enjoy a wonderfully tranquil setting while still being just 0.6 miles from Sheringham’s beach, shops, cafés, and train station. It’s the perfect base for exploring on foot, by train, or by bus.

Fabulous little cottage.

Fabulous little cottage with everything you could need. Perfect location - easy access to Sheringham, Cromer and bus stops to go further afield if you don’t want to drive. Fantastic, if rather breezy, cliff top walks.

what can I say! Everything about this holiday was as I liked.
Myself the cottage is the sort of place that I could live at, nice and cosy and the location was spot on.
Sheringham it’s self nice lots of little shops and plenty of places to eat, have a drink or just sit and relax.
Also enjoyed the ride on the steam train, which brought back memories .
Visit to the horse sanctuary and Cromer.
Best holiday for a long time for me.
Well done

A welcoming and cosy space in a very nice location in Beeston Regis. Very peaceful and walkable to everything you could need. Views of the common out front are wonderful and the garden is well thought out and a nice place to spend time.
