This delightful semi-detached property is in a quiet position in the town of Sheringham on the North Norfolk coast. There are numerous walks from its fantastic location on Beeston Common to the centre of town, the sandy beaches or inland to Sheringham’s National Park to view all its seasonal highlights. This beautifully presented and well-kept cottage is a welcome holiday haven all year around.

We had another very enjoyable stay at Beck Cottage with the added bonus of a new shower unit. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. The location is near to shops, cliff, woodland and countryside walks.

We love Beck cottage and try to rent it every year. We are in our late seventies and enjoy the comfort it provides. The location is beautiful and allows easy access to all that Sheringham and North Norfolk have to offer. Lots of care and attention has been given within this gem to ensure the user has maximum enjoyment whether indoors or outside. The garden is unique as it overlooks all the other gardens that have been converted into one continuous allotment, growing a huge variety of produce. It is very attractive and interesting. The various owners are friendly and love to have a chat. We certainly look forward to visiting this lovely cottage again. Monica and David x

After renting Beck Cottage now for 15 times I have no words other than to say it surprises us every visit with new additions and lovely bedding.
The shower and bathroom were nicely refurbished .

Very comfortable accommodation in a lovely location with a lovely view of the Beeston Bump from the front.
Overlooking Allotments at the rear.
Nice walks to go on.
Good transport facilities with buses & regular train service to & from Norwich.

Extremely enjoyable stay, beautiful cottage with lovely views out front and back. All furniture comfortable, beds especially, they seemed new. Felt instantly at home when arrived and everything immaculately clean and well presented. Fresh flowers a nice touch as was fresh milk in fridge. Parking very easy.

Ideally located, 10 minute walk to seafront and all sheringham residents we talked to happy to give directions and very friendly. Loved priory maze and gardens, also about a 10 minute walk. We did have a car but, if you don't, coasthopper bus amazing, regular and bus stop end of rd.

Couldn’t fault property or surroundings, in fact we tried to book another week to stay on.

We very much enjoyed our stay at The Beck. It has a wonderful set of views both from the front and back. It is set facing the common with sight of the Beeston Bump with views of allotment gardens at the back. The cottage is comfortable and well resourced.

We have been staying here regularly since 2009. Over the years the owners have updated and improved Beck Cottage. The location is perfect. There are a couple of negatives. The bathroom could do with an upgrade, and the lounge sofas are very low n soft and not comfortable. Beck Cottage offers good value accommodation in a very convenient location, close to the beach, the town and lot's of walks from the front door.

We were very impressed with Beck Cottage - location in walking distance to Sheringham and to the cliffs and sea. The beds and sofas were so comfortable and the NT blankets warm and cosy. The kitchen was well equipped and we ate well on the local seafood. We shall certainly return

Lovely home from home cottage, easy reach of the town centre and beach.
The cottage was well kept and very clean. Bedding was lovely.
My girls enjoyed their stay. The outside toilet was an added bonus although not used. Was good to have as an option when in the garden.

Over the years there have been many improvement's and the every visit something has been updated and changed.
I really don't want to tell you how good it is as I would like to keep that a secret!!!
For us the best thing is the location and the view of the common and Beeston bump.
If I had one compliant it would be can you do something about the lighting in the kitchen?

Very pleasant stay. The tea, milk biscuits and sundry other items were much appreciated. The cottage was immaculate and spotlessly clean. The location was very convenient for the local amenities and also for the beaches. Parking was no problem.
Unfortunately we we unable to control the weather and it was unseasonably cold for most of the week, but the efficient central heating soon made the cottage very comfortable when it was needed.

We've stayed I this cottage many years ago and were looking forward to our return. It didn't disappoint, lovely new decor, comfy sofas and beds. Lovely high quality linens and towels. Immaculately clean throughout, with a bag of all brand new cleaning products left for our use (washing up liquid, liquid soaps, spray cleaner, toilet cleaner, new pack of toilet rolls, Jay cloths....the list goes on). The cottage is a short, easy walk through to the beach, shops and attractions of Sheringham Town. Highly recommend this lovely cottage.

We Love Beck Cottage it is a well kept holiday-let & reasonably priced self catering place to stay for our 2 week Summer holiday.
There is only one issue to mention & that is we think a few more parking spaces should be made available for the permanent residents & for the holiday-lets that are amongst the row of houses in the Resident only unmade Road. It would mean taking away a grassy area to extend the parking area already there. The area we suggest is opposite the first 4 houses as you drive in. That area of grass would not be missed.

We have stayed in this cottage before and were so comfortable, we came back a second time. The cottage is well placed for the town centre and has parking, which is sometimes difficult when renting in the town itself. The cottage is well sized and looks like it had been refurbished since our last stay (a couple of years ago). Overall, a very good place to stay.

What a wonderful cottage this is!
Superb location between a common and some allotments So very quiet and peaceful.
This is the most beautifully decorated cottage I have ever stayed in. Interior design and quality of pictures, furniture, kitchen equipment is superb.
Lots of fabulous kitchen equipment.
Really comfortable sofas and beds
The patio at the rear was a beautiful place to sit in the Sun early evening

This year was our fourth stay at Beck Cottage. It is the most idyllic place to stay for a relaxed and wonderful holiday. The cottage is perfect with every comfort and facilities. The garden is lovely with a view over perfectly kept allotments. The welcoming gift is so well thought about and makes for a happy start to the holiday.
