We had a very good holiday at this property, everything was clean and comfortable with lots of useful info about the house and local area. Parking is easy.
Unlike some of our previous holidays, we looked forward to going home the end of the day. We did contact Keys holidays about a concern and by the end of the day they had contacted the property owners (lovely people) who came and sorted it themselves. They really do care about their guests, and the neighbours are also very nice. Roads can get a bit frustrating in North Norfolk but it is worth it as the area is stunning. We would highly recommend24 Randall Crescent and Keys Holidays.

A five star retreat that is worth the trip. on first foot inside you can tell that the house is homely warm and welcoming, a as clean as a whistle. This is a beautiful house on a quiet estate. It is inaccurately clean and excellently resourced for all you need for a retreat. Communication is swift and clear and every request is responded to quickly and efficiently.
If you have small children they will enjoy the park just outside the front door. For Animal lovers Amazona Zoo is just behind the park and is well worth the visit.
The house is well equipped with all you need. There is a lovely welcome package that settles you in and the small garden is ideal for sitting with a cup of tea and reading a book or having a chat. Everything you need is supplied from some dishwasher tablets and washing machine pods to a bag of dog treats and clear instructions on rubbish collection.
The table seats four or six if you use the garden chairs when your grandchildren visit.
The sofa is deep and relaxing and you will easily fall asleep watching the TV.
Upstairs the master bedroom has a lovely en-suite and the bed is comfy and there is excellent storage in the chest of drawers and sliding wardrobe.
The second bedroom with twin beds is excellent and draws in the light from the back of the house. The bathroom can be used solely for those in the twin room.
There is also a downstairs loo just inside the front door so there are no queues for the toilet.
This is a lovely get away and the local residents are all very welcoming and friendly especially if you have a dog.
You will enjoy your stay here and if you need a swim or beach it is a five minute drive or a decent walk into Cromer.

You need to stay here! This was our 2nd visit to the holiday home as we enjoyed it so much the first time around.
The house is immaculate, spotlessly clean and just perfect for any couples or families.
It has absolutely everything that you can think of. Every room is well equipped and the kitchen has every single piece of kitchen kit that you can think of. The owners have it set to cater for every age group. The park across the road is perfect for young toddlers through to teenagers. The property is in a very quiet location, no traffic noise at all at any time if the day. You're also within walking distance to the train station and the centre of Cromer. There are some beautiful beaches in the area that are not too long of a drive. I would highly recommend this cottage, it's just perfect

Randall Crescent has become our go-to getaway when visiting Cromer. Tucked just a little out of town in a peaceful spot, this modern end-of-terrace gem offers a stylish, comfy base for our coastal escapes.

The master bedroom boasts a lovely en-suite, and there’s a cosy twin room that’s perfect for the kids. Downstairs, the open-plan kitchen and lounge are bright, airy, and open out onto a neat little garden—ideal for morning coffees or evening wind-downs.

It’s a win for dog owners too! While pups aren’t allowed upstairs or on the furniture, a handy stair gate is provided to help keep the peace (and the upholstery intact).

Cromer itself is charming and super dog-friendly, with plenty of great places to eat—just be sure to book ahead in peak times.

A real home-from-home with holiday vibes—we’ll definitely keep coming back!

We had an excellent stay at Randall Crescent. A lovely house with plenty of space for 3 people and a dog. Fantastic Welcome pack including dog treats were included.
Location is peaceful and great with only a 20 minute stroll into Cromer as well as only being 4 minutes walk from Roughton Road Train Station which we utilised one day with a trip to Norwich.
Only negative we found was the comfort of the sofas in the living room.

Fantastic home in short walking distance of Cromer pier. Short walk past the playground and down the hill through zoo car park takes you right onto long road past Cromer Hall and the skate park.

Just a Brilliant place to stay to get you in the mood for Christmas.
Lovely location, the property was very neat and tidy, nice to see information pack plus a big thankyou for the welcome pack which was a plus as we were ready for a hot drink.
Nice walks into Cromer and surrounding area, Felbrigg Hall is a great destination plus a few minutes walk and you can hop on the train to Norwich.

Stayed at the location for a weeks relax and found the property to be very satisfactory with all you require for a comfortable stay. Very nice of the owners to provide a box of goodies to start with.
The location is very peaceful and close to all the amenities. We enjoyed the short walk into the town and beach with our dog Darcie. We found a very nice doggie cafe in the town catering for especially dog owners which makes a change. We enjoyed our week in Cromer using it as a base to visit Wells next to the sea together with Sheringham ,Norwich.

When I opened the door I said to my husband I may not leave it is lovely! The furnishings,the layout the cleanliness,the garden and a lovely welcome basket of goodies (so unexpected)! Having then moved upstairs the bedrooms and bathrooms were so clean and decor so stylish.

The house was exceptionally clean and well equipped, the welcome basket and milk was nice after the journey.

It was bigger than the pictures show and the en-suite was great. It proved a great base for exploring Norfolk and was peaceful and quiet to return to.

We found the cottage to be clean, comfortable and extremely well equipped. The kitchen had everything needed, and the information pack was extremely comprehensive. The location was good, just a pleasant 20 minute walk into Cromer with all its facilities and the beach. We found plenty of other walks straight out of the door. Whilst being in a modern development, we felt we had plenty of privacy and it was extremely quiet. The only slight negative was that it could do with blackout blinds as in the middle of June the light was streaming in at 4:30 in the morning.

There are plenty of places to visit just a short drive away. We visited a few lovely, sandy beaches, and a couple of woodland areas to walk in the shade during the hot weather. There are also plenty of dog-friendly cafes in the area where a good breakfast can be had after letting the dog have a good run on the beach.

The house was immaculate and the welcome pack brilliant. Everything was there for our holiday and we enjoyed the local park for the young one. The walk into Cromer took around 15 mins which was fine. It is really close to Roughton station but check as not al trains stop there (our trip to Sheringham was a bit longer than we wanted!). All in all it’s a place we would use again

After having a wonderful holiday in spring 2022, we decided to book the same property again for this year and it did not disappoint. The house is home from home for us. It is a perfect base to walk into Cromer and enjoy the local amenities that is on offer. The actual house is perfect, it has everything that you would need and is immaculate.
We never normally book somewhere again the following year but we are so glad we did. Would highly recommend.

House was very clean and a good size for two. Think four adults would be a bit squashed
Excellent shower in ensuite . A bonus having dedicated parking spaces.
However only the stairs are carpeted flooring is pale laminate and there are no pictures on the walls.which makes the place very practical but not very welcoming.

Immaculately clean house in a lovely quiet area. The house was supplied with everything needed for our stay, especially the kitchen which had the best equipped kitchen we have stayed in. The rooms were nicely furnished and had plenty of storage space. The double bed was a little too firm for our liking but that was our only concern. The Welcome pack was very much appreciated especially the lemon cake. The neighbours were very friendly and welcoming and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again or to recommend to family and friends.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. This time we took 2 relatives with us and just like the first time it was exceptional even to the point where we noticed that the teapot was damaged so I took photo and emailed it to Keys letting and the next day a new one was delivered, excellent service. I can't praise this property highly enough and it is set in a stunning location. Cleanliness to a very high standard. Everything you need is provided for. It is very comfortable. Lovely walks. Best of both worlds. Countryside and Cromer seafront about two miles. Highly recommend

Fantastic stay at ParkView. What a clean well equipped and beautifully presented home. Close to Cromer Zoo and approx. 15 minute walk to middle of town. The kids park directly opposite and older kids play area just across on the field made it a great stay for Children.

We booked the house for the run up to Christmas and two days at Christmas. We loved everything about the house. It was immaculately presented, incredibly well equipped and perfectly located. I loved the little garden as there were still plants flowering. We loved the little extras too, for example the welcome pack and suggestions for local walks.

We had a lovely stay here. The house was immaculate and had everything you could ask for. It was only a 10 minute walk into Cromer which is a lovely little seaside town with great beaches and a lovely pier. The house is in a lovely quiet location. We would definitely recommend this property if you are looking for a peaceful relaxing break.

We had a lovely week away in your house as soon as we got in we saw how lovely and clean it was the beds were comfortable bathrooms clean garden was tidy and lovely to sit in all day if you wanted although there were lots of houses around it was peaceful nothing to grumble about

The property was very clean, bright & had all the equipment needed. There was a really thoughtful basket of treats provided plus a comprehensive guide to the property & activities. Everything looked brand new & was very smart. The garden was very pretty to look at. A short walk into Cromer & a quiet location. Had a great stay & would highly recommend.

This was a very nice property, well equipped, in a small and attractive development with lovely views. A good base from which to see all that north Norfolk has to offer. The welcome "goodies" were much appreciated. We were lucky we had excellent weather and took advantage of the lovely garden. Our dog Bertie settled happily and enjoyed his walks. Should we pass this way again we would not hesitate to rebook.

We had a wonderful week at this property. Extremely clean and well equipped, and everything had been thought of. Lovely to receive a welcome pack with tea, coffee, milk and cake, and the masks and hand sanitiser were a kind thought in these strange times. Very quiet day and night which suited us. We had a lovely week in this perfect little house. Everything was immaculate. So clean and well equipped. Some lovely touches like face masks, tea, cake, biscuits, milk and proper coffee. It was extremely quiet and peaceful - just what we wanted. The walk into Cromer past the zoo and fields was beautiful - we saw deer, pheasant, horses, foxes and lots of birds on the way. Would definitely stay here again.
