Lovely cottage with everthing you need to enjoy your stay. Great parking with it being in the center of town is a bonus.

Having found Phillips cottage online through Keys we were very eager to get in and settle down for our break we were not disappointed.
The cottage was ideally located just off the main street with level access to the shops and all amenities.
It was quiet and comfortable with good in house extras.
Comfortable bed and a nice garden space
Good to have off street parking as well.
All round a great find, thanks to the owners for our stay.
Would stay again.

Have stayed In Sheringham a few times and Philps Cottage was a wonderful place to stay and enjoy this great seaside town, literally a minutes walk from the High Street shops, cafes , Pub and other great shops ( what High Streets used to be like with varied shops catering for everyone ) . Phiips Cottage was also ideal as off street parking on its own drive and a lovely lawned and patioed rear garden.
The Cottage itself was spacious , warm and well appointed .

The cottage is well equipped and was very clean. The rear garden provides a comfortable place to sit and relax and unwind. The shops are close by and a few minutes walk from a Tesco store. Local businesses on the doorstep. Buses and train station for days out are within minutes walking distance.
Personally I would prefer a firmer sofa and a higher double bed mattress but that is a matter of taste; the ones provided are quite suitable.

What a lovely stay! The cottage was cozy and comfortable, and very clean we were impressed with how well-equipped it was. We really enjoyed the fantastic location and all it had to offer.

We really enjoyed our stay The only problem was the steepness of the stairs Whilst we appreciate the construction perhaps it should be mentioned as it is difficult to guest cases upstairs!

Lovely comfortable cottage, that made us feel comfortable straight away, quiet street just off main Sheringham street.
Easy access and parking space is a real positive.
Stairs are narrow and step, not an issue to an able bodied person.
Added bonus of a shower toilet in upstairs main bedroom.
We really enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again.

The cottage suited my Bichon dog and myself very well. Everything was in excellent order and all very comfortable. Very handy for the main shops and promenades. However, all but one of the fish and chip shops were closed by 7pm and the other by 8 so don't leave fetching supper too long.

Nice house very clean good location great enclosed back garden ideal for the dog only problem the double bed is more like a large single so not suitable for two adults

Lovely cottage, everything we needed included, very private and close to all amenities, only one downside it was advertised as a double bed but it was a small double definitely not big enough for 2 grown adults and very uncomfortable, we would love to stay again if the bed was changed
