This lovely house is situated in a desirable road just a short stroll from the heart of the traditional Victorian seaside town of Cromer, boasting a pier, promenades, boating lake, and blue flag sandy beaches. Close to the family friendly beaches and beautiful coastal walks as well as offering all the shops, amenities, and restaurants you could want; be sure to try the local crab, a Cromer specialty!

I have been using Keys holidays for some years now and this property has been much more accommodating. I was a little put off at first with the railway behind however we didn't at all hear them or notice. It was so quiet, respectable neighbourhood, a 2 minute walk to supermarket, 10 ninute walk to seafront, 15 minute walk to town .
The house has 2 double beds, 2 singles, comfortable and clean. In each bedroom is a hair-dryer. Although we didn't cook whilst there it has everything. Our downside was slow running water from showers but really I don't have anything to complain about and will definitely book this again. Thank you for our lovely stay.

The kitchen equipment needs changing eg kettle toaster cups need a good clean
The back garden grass needs cutting it was so long couldn't be used the fence needed painting and the paving cleaning
Gaps needed sorting out or small dogs can get outside
The bathrooms are very tired moldy tiles and stained toilet bowls strong smell of drains
The door steps are very high back and front and the driveway is extra steep and small outside was always busy with parked cars

Railway View is convenient for visitors by train as it is within walking distance of the station. It is also within walking distance of the main shops and the coast. It is an ideal holiday home for families, with a well equipped kitchen and a pleasant garden. The house was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The information folder provided was very useful. The area is quiet and there is a good children's playground directly opposite the house. Cromer is a charming town with shops and cafes as well as plenty of coastal walks nearby. As we had a lovely holiday here, we would highly recommend Railway View.

It’s very easy to find and within walking distance of Morrisons supermarket and the train station.
On arrival, you’ll find the Drive is only suitable for one vehicle. Is it a bit of a slant and sometimes neighbours park across the road which isn’t terribly helpful, but all in all it was manageable
We also found an extensive welcome pack made up of local Norfolk items, tea, coffee, oats, biscuits, milk, butter, bread, and jam, as well as a few other things. It was a great welcome pack
The bedding and towels were exceptional quality. Looks like they’ve just been replaced and really were very good .
The heating system was very efficient and very very warm so don’t worry about being cold.
The back garden is fully enclosed half patio half grass as per the photos.
The cottage accepts Dogs, and I guess for that, that might be the reason why perhaps some of the furniture is more mdf based but then again you’re only staying there for a short period of time so it doesn’t matter.
Everything is there what you need and if you have young children there’s a play area opposite.
We found the location exceptionally quiet. You can hear the trains rumble by , but it’s really not a problem at all.
We would go back and stay in this cottage again

Booked this house for a weekend birthday celebration with our family ( 6adults and 1 small dog). It was in a good location, easy to find with 1 parking space and more parking on road with consideration to neighbours. Easy walk into town and sea front.
The beds were very comfortable, bedrooms good size with plenty of storage if required. Plenty of soft towels provided and the house was lovely and warm. The two sofas were also comfortable but sitting 6 adults was a little tricky so 2 often ended up sitting on the floor. We did find the tv downstairs buffered a lot so unwatchable but the tv upstairs in main bedroom was fine, this wasn’t really a problem as we were not wanting to watch tv and made use of the games provided.
The garden was well maintained and suitable for property size with lovely patio area when weather appropriate ( freezing temperatures and snow during our stay!). It was secure for dogs.
The only negative point was no hot water in the taps, even after checking controls which meant only able to use the shower in main bathroom (electric and very good) and boiled kettle for washing up. If we had been there for a week we would have asked letting agents if this could be rectified so unsure if just something not switched correctly or a fault.
This did not detract from this lovely house and we would definitely consider using again.

Nice property well suited for supermarket and a short walk to town. Property contents look new so we thought it was a new rental.
All three bedrooms were used and only a couple of issues which were not insurmountable. 1/ one bedside light not plugged in which required bed to be moved to get to the switch behind headboard, 2/ very nice thick duvet on double bed but when due for renewal change to king sized duvet. Movement during night meant one of us had a cold backside.
Heating is a bit unusual to control but worked well. Cooker very good and quick as was the toaster. Bathroom shower worked well but screen only supported at bottom and one edge so could see a breakage if care not taken. Couple of minor issues to bathroom, hole in wall at end of bath and finishing around window. Neither detracted from the holiday.Adding a top support would rectify any issues. Dishwasher was good but washing machine not trialled.
Sofas were comfortable and the 53” smart tv was a bonus. Garden would be nice during warmer weather. There was noise from the trains at bottom of garden and it was comforting rather than a nuisance. Should be expected considering house name.
None of the negatives should be construed as major issues. Very simple fixes.
We all thought the house was well equipped, clean and of reasonable quality. The house was not booked for Xmas and we did hold some reservations which when staying were certainly unfounded. The pictures on the site do not do the property justice. The price was good considering it being over Xmas.
We would recommend you take a stay at Railway View, I certainly believe you will not be unhappy.

We have just returned from a fabulous 4 night break at Railway view. The property was large enough for 6 adults and has an added bonus of 3 toilets! The property was very clean and beds were nice and comfy. Plenty of street parking and was opposite a children's play park. The welcome hamper and essential supplies were a nice surprise and would definitely recommend staying there.
