Repton cottage was a lovely homely place and served my purpose well. I'm living away from my home of Norfolk at the moment and this cottage was a great location to see all my family.

My 3rd visit to this cottage cosy and well equipped. Near the beach great food in the village pub. However the house next door is undergoing a complete renovation lots of banging and drilling from 7/8 am each morning. The noise and dust made it impossible to sit in the garden. As I understand it this project will take months.

We have just returned from our 2nd stay at Repton Cottage. It was all exactly as we remembered it from our last visit - perfectly located for beach, good walks, local ammenities etc and clean, cosy, quiet & well equipped. Definitely one of the best holiday cottages we've stayed in. We had a lovely week & look forward to returning again - hopefully before too long!

Repton cottage is a total home from home.
It has been beautifully renovated, spacious & very well equipped with everything you might need. It is situated in a perfect location & with parking which is a great bonus.
This is an amazing cottage & will definitely return!!!

Repton cottage is situated in a great position for exploring this area. On a lovely quiet unmade road.
Fully equipped with everything you need.
For us the mattress is far too soft and the sofa uncomfortablely hard.
Generally clean on first impression but could do with a deep clean on some areas

We had a great Christmas at Repton cottage. On entering we found a bright and clean interior, a well equipped kitchen, and a very generous welcome hamper. The beds were very comfortable, and the linen of excellent quality, the showers were good too and there was plenty of hot water. We all enjoyed the rare luxury of relaxing in front of the woodburner after long walks on the beach, which was a few minutes walk away across fields.

The cottage was warm & cosy, clean, tidy & well equipped & well furnished. It was located down a quiet road, convenient for shops, pub etc and only a short walk from the beach & some excellent walks. Garden was well enclosed and safe for our dog. We enjoyed making use of the garden furniture & sitting outside on sunny mornings.
A great base for exploring the North Norfolk coast. We're looking forward to returning next year.

This was our second time of staying at Repton cottage .the facilities were excellent for our family . The only drawback was the very loose toilet seat in the downstairs shower room. We found the television a little restrictive of programs. The cottage was well placed for the beach and an excellent walk to the Beeston Bump and Sherringham. We would recommend this property to our friends and family.

We had a very happy holiday with our daughter and grandchildren. The accommodation was very comfortable every thing you needed was provided. The only drawback was the dangerous step into the bathroom we all fell down it at least once.a slope fitted could help we had a lovely stay and would return in the future.

A recently refurbished terrace house. Well kitted-out but not for the elderly.
Steep stairs, steps doen to bathroom and up to bedrooms. No handrail in bathroom above rhe bath, so a beth or shower was dangerous to try.

I would definitely stay here again, despite minor cleaning issues noted below.

We took the cottage for two people and a dog. It was a good size for that, and I believe it would have been fine with two more people. Good quality fittings and decor generally. The local shop, Thai restaurant and pub all nearby, plus two other restaurants and a bar not very far away. Excellent walks in varying scenery, from beach, cliff to inland hill walks including both fields and commons.

Beach access is good too.

We moved the furniture in the living room and found significant dust and dirt indicating that it bad not been well cleaned for a while. Largely clean otherwise, but not what I would call deep cleaning with Covid in mind. Vacuum cleaner, cordless, didn't work, battery lost charge almost instantly after recharge, whether used or not, so we could only do the most basic of cleaning ourselves.

We had a lovely stay here, the cottage is comfortable and warm, down a quiet track with its own parking out front. It has a fairly large enclosed garden which was ideal for our dog and was equipped with everything we needed. It’s a very short walk to the shops, pub, railway station and beach.
On the negative side, the sofa was a bit impractical with no arms and uncomfortable to sit on at an angle to watch the TV.

Repton cottage turned out to be one of the best cottage holidays we have had. Immaculately clean with everything provided to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The only negative point we would make is that the sofa is not very comfortable as you can't relax as its very low. The road is unadopted, so may not be suitable for low slung cars however a car park is available 100 yards away at the end of the road. The cottage is only a 5 min walk away from the cliff top path and West Runton beach was great for our dogs and only 10 mins away. There is a nice golf club (hole in one) within a few mins walk that make good food and allow your dogs inside or out.

A well kept property in a nice area of Norfolk, the cottage was well equipped and had all info to hand on how to work each appliance!! Great that it was dog friendly too!! Only down side was the road to get upto the cottage, isn’t a proper road, and wasn’t good on my car!! The property is not to far from sherringham or Cromer!! Had a nice break!!

Repton Cottage is a modern recently renovated cottage located on a quiet private road but within easy distance of local amenities. Enjoy a cream tea on the village green, drop in to the local for a pint or two after a day seal watching on the local beach and don’t forget to pick up all that you may need from your local post office stores. The cottage is more than adequately equipped for the gastronomically challenged and just a few minutes drive from Cromer or Sheringham You are literally spoilt for choice and if you prefer you can even travel by rail from your local station or pick up one of the many local walks

Lovely cottage, very clean and contemporary. Painted wooded floor boards not very practical for a dog friendly cottage. Seating in lounge insufficient for 5 people and very uncomfortable. Otherwise everything else satisfactory.
