The directions to the property were good, and it was as advertised. The owner was very friendly and helpful on our arrival. It was well equipped and nicely furnished. A very peaceful place to stay and a good location for everything we planned to do

Such the perfect size for 2. Nice furnishings - so many places just give one small sofa here we had two comfortable seemed like new to properly relax in. Thought bed might lack support BUT no was actually very comfort but the only let down (even worse in really hot weather) was Poly Cotton bedding. So out of date when pure cotton is so cheap and so much healthier as well as comfortable. Would also be nice to have two instead of just one hand towels but perhaps this was an error - we managed and everything else we needed was there and a super efficient Miele Fridge Freezer for this hot weather. Nice little Patio Area and good suggestions left for places to eat and see. Such a PERFECT place to stay if disabled as we both use sticks. Access ramp slope to enter but if a wheelchair user Patio area is unusuable as stepped access only.

Very nice Bungalow in a unguie setting.All you need for a quiet break surrounded by paddocks .Hosts very friendly and welcoming .Be prepared to see lots of wildlife as well
Best location to sit outside in the sunshine to enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine.Locsl pubs offer good fare and the Broads just a short drive away.

Set in a peaceful location off the beaten track we found The Paddocks. It was the ideal accommodation for us, and really geared up for anyone with mobility issues. Very comfortable, light and airy. Enclosed garden for the dog. Nearby a village with a pub and nearby other facilities. We found it an ideal central location for visiting The Broads and the coast. We would recommend. Lovely Host Nicky, very pleased with our stay. Went home feeling very refreshed.

The Paddocks was ideal in every respect and we along with Jack, our rescue dog enjoyed some really nice walks which were not too far away.
We could not fault the facilities whatsoever and the owner was very helpful making sure our holiday went well.
Highly recommended.

A nice little property in quiet location surrounded by horses. Property maintenance, while not bad, requires some attention in particular the windows and wet room. Bedroom window did not close at all, others difficult- very stiff to open. Wet room door frame rotting at bottom. We found the 2 sofas a little uncomfortable for sitting - possible due to us being tall.
