What a cracking place for a quiet stay away. The host Mike and his wife were very welcoming and attentive and the cottage had everything anyone might want or need.
Quite location with lovely sitting out area and super dog friendly. Take the small car though. The lanes are vey tight in places
Just returned from a week at Aish cross cottages.We have been travelling down to Devon/Cornwall at least twice a year for many years and we have stayed in numerous cottages etc but we can honestly say this was the best.Lots of quality touches make the difference the hamper was great ..the phone call before arrival to confirm milk and scone selection a great touch...you feel genuinely welcome here and nothing is to much trouble.Perfect hosts in beautiful surroundings, would definitely recommend..in fact already have to family.Thanks Mark/ Deb Spencer.
Our stay at the family coach house was charming. During a cold Autumn we had a smashing log burner and an extremely well insulated cottage. My son enjoyed the swings and trampoline in the grounds and we played chess (provided) by the fire. Staying during Covid was stress free as the cleaning procedures were first rate. Nearby Emma's takeaway was amazing and as it was my 'special' birthday I even received a gift of a card and champagne from the owners of Aish cottages. Superb and first rate service. A very quiet location down some interesting country lanes but convenient for Totnes and Brixham.
The cottage was all that we could ask for, Spotless. Always warm.
Lots of extra facilities, games room sports equipment. A lovely garden if the weather is nice and plenty of space to sit away from others, For BBQ lovers the BBQ lodge is amazing.
The welcome hamper was a lovely touch, Enjoyed the cream tea.
Mike and Angie are a lovely couple and very helpful as is Dawn.
