We enjoyed our fifth stay in cidermill very much. Lovely cottage equipped with everything you need. Comfy beds. Very tastefully decorated and super clean. Has a nice sitting area to the back. Chipping campden is gorgeous. Very old village with a great countryside for lovely walks. Can highly recommend having a meal in the Noel arms. Very good food.
Great property, extremely well managed, and hosted by Andy from Honeypot Cottages who was prompt with all communication. Seamless in all aspects, Robin Cottage is perfectly located and has all the trimmings when renting a premium property in the Cotswolds.
We love staying here, both in the cottage and Chipping Campden. Very homely and has all you need. Only marked Comfort down one as seating in lounge is uncomfortable.Needs more padding on seats.Could also do with a Hard Drive to be able to record tv programmes as Catch-up tv not available.
We hired Vine Cottage for a group visit for a family wedding. The cottage was immaculate, warm, well equipped and extremely comfortable - just what we needed. Everything was positive. Two minor omissions - no full length mirror in the property for the ladies, and no bread knife. A great venue.
We have had the pleasure of staying here several times over the past years. Always a delightful time. Andy and Sarah the hosts of property are very caring and competent. The amenities are good. The location excellent. Great to have off street parking - big space. If you have any mobility issues call Andy for a chat. The space around beds in both bedrooms a bit tight. Bathroom easy to access as is shower - a good size. We will be back!
Fantastic stay, incredibly relaxing. Our only feedback would be it would have been very helpful to have an outside tap/hose to wash the dog given the amount of mud we encountered on walks. Other than that, it was wonderful. Thank you
Last minute booking. All very professionally handled. Great cottage for two. Excellent standard of finish and equipment
All holiday homes should take notes from the owners of High House, this is an exceptional property. The quality of the furnishings and fittings (ie lots of beautiful cushions, plenty of quality cutlery and crockery, plush towels, etc), excellent condition and cleanliness of the property, incredible Christmas decorations and warm cosy feel of the house made for a perfect Cotswolds stay. We would 100% recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a quintessential Cotswolds visit. Thank you to the owners for their efforts in providing such a fabulous house for us to stay in and ...more
Gem cottage was adorable! Great location, very clean and quiet. The kitchen space is efficient and easy to use. The bedrooms are lovely and spacious. The neighborhood is beautiful and you can just walk outside and take your pick of public footpath hikes. We hope to visit again!
KISSING GATE COTTAGE TICKED ALL THE BOXES FOR A FANTASTIC FAMILY GATHERING .THIS COTTAGE IS A REAL FIND FOR LARGER FAMILY GROUPS. LOADS OF KITCHENWARE GLASSES ETC AND A LOVELY COSY FEEL LOCATION FOR THE COTSWOLDS IS EXCELLENT ESPECIALLY WITH THE PUB 200M AWAY
This is a small but perfectly appointed cottage just off Chipping Campden high street. Nice furnishings, good finish, very clean, lovely little outdoor space and a decent sized bathroom. I’d say this is a 3 person cottage rather than 3/4 (it’s a small kitchen and a single bed with a pull out) but prefect for our needs.
We had an excellent stay at Wixey House. It was clean, comfortable, and warm, with a well-equipped kitchen - a good base for a family celebration. Right on the spot to enjoy the delights of Chipping Campden and the beautiful surrounding countryside.
Had a lovely week at the Studio Cottage (a couple + dog). Great location for exploring the area. Cottage is perfect, high spec with everything you’d need. For awareness one of the bedrooms doesn’t have a window although we didn’t need it. A hose would’ve been handy on the outside tap with us having a dog and the weather being pretty wet which would’ve helped to prevent a mess in the hallway. Couldn’t quite work out how to put the heated towel rails on but not a show stopper. I’d certainly recommend the cottage.
We had to evacuate the property after discovering multiple leaks through the roof, ceiling and floor in heavy rain. Water flowing down walls near light fittings and sockets. Also dripping onto the narrow, steep and twisty staircase, which was not easy to negotiate in dry weather!
