Hardys Studio was very clean and was very close to portgwidden, porthmeor beaches and the Island. Easy walking distance to harbour and shops, restaurants. Useful having microwave and washing machine. Flat a couple steps down from street level.
We loved the West Coast House! This cottage was a perfect fit for our family of 5. We had the best time in St Ives and loved being able to walk out our door to the beach, shops, and restaurants.
Having previously stayed in other harbour properties in St Ives, we were not surprised by the breathtaking views. However, they never fail to astound us. In future we are likely to only book pet free accommodation. There were a lot of dog hairs in the property, on furniture, textiles etc. when we arrived one of the sponges at the kitchen sink was coated in them so I put it straight in the bin. It is likely due to pets that the carpet is in need of replacement. Maybe pet friendly accommodation should have hard flooring instead? The property is maybe not ideal for those with water sports and...more
The apartment was well maintained and well decorated and the courtyard garden was very attractive. The kitchen was very well equipped and there wea plenty of plates, dishes and cutlery and all of a good quality. There was a large private sun terrace.
Bellair house is in a great location overlooking the Harbour and bay of St Ives. The house is beautiful inside and out. This is our third time at the house. And we will be back for more.
Had another great stay at the Bay House fourth stay here. Great views and great location for all the beaches shop’s and restaurant’s House is always welcoming and feels like coming Home When we stay here. Great outdoor space at the front of the house to eat and drink also with great sea views. Would highly recommended.
I have stayed in Driftshore cottage a few times now and it feels like home. Everything you need to enjoy your holiday in St Ives is provided and the friendly team are on hand to help with anything. I cannot rate them enough. We have also stayed in a couple of their other properties and were equally as happy. The location is fab for beaches and the town, everything is so close yet it’s so peaceful and relaxing. The new car park space at the station is a welcome addition for the busy summer months when the island car park gets full however my only negative was the size of it, wasn’t suitable for...more
This is a truly amazing house to stay in for your holiday, the location and views are second to none The bedrooms are spacious with luxurious bedding, en suites and bathrooms are of an exceptionally high standard The first floor kitchen, dining room and lounge area make the most of the stunning views, as do the decking areas Plenty of outside space to store paddle boards, surf boards, belly boards and wet suits together with an outside shower too We enjoyed every minute of our stay and didn't want to leave
We stayed at The Beach Snug for Christmas 2025 myself and my husband. It was perfect for the 2 of us, comfortable bed, The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was clean. The view was lovely looking out onto Porthmeor Beach with a little balcony with 2 pulldown seats. We don’t have mobility issues but for info there are stone steps down to the front door which is at the rear. Would definitely stay there again.
We were two families staying at Seaside House, and it was perfect for us. The spacious living room and dining area gave us plenty of room to relax and spend time together. The property is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes’ walk from the beaches, bars, restaurants and other local amenities. The house was spotlessly clean on arrival, and it was a lovely touch that washing machine and dishwasher tablets were provided, which made our stay even more convenient. We also really appreciated the generous welcome pack, with a selection of food items and fresh milk waiting for us in th...more
Lovely place to stay and unwind. location perfect could have done with another food and drink tray in the kitchen
I’ve stayed in this house many times now. It never looks tired or older. It always feels like we are the first people to stay. This house location and views are absolutely awesome. Fixtures and fittings of the highest quality and so warm and cosy. Just love it here.
We had a lovely week in Hardy’s Cottage. Good size in each of the rooms. Beds were comfy. Nice bathroom with great water pressure for the shower. Kitchen well equipped. We didn’t cook at the cottage. Nice little outside space. Some might struggle with the last few stairs up to the bedrooms/bathroom. No hand rail at the top of the stairs. We would definitely stay again.
We have stayed in about 40 holiday homes over the years. All have been 5 star rated but none have compared to Harbour Lights. Spread over 3 floors it offers everything you would need from a perfect holiday home - cleanliness, comfort, privacy, peace, space and then you have a view that will stay in your mind forever. From the balcony you look down on to St Ives bay and harbour. Sitting out there with a cold drink, watching the boats and yachts coming and going is paradise. The whole gable end of the top floor is glazed. The walk down to St Ives looks a long way but in reality it takes 14 minut...more
This was our second stay in Rock House. Great location and garage and parking space a real plus. Appreciated the welcome bag (wine, tea, coffee, biscuits, jam, and doggy chews). Flowers were a lovely touch too. Cutlery, plates, glasses etc were plentiful. Wash room at back of house was very useful for cleaning dog after going on beach. The table in the front room had an excellent selection of games as well (which we didn’t find until almost the end of our stay as the chest just looks like a table). However, my main negative was that the King sized bed was very creaky on th...more
Had another lovely stay in this beautiful cottage in St Ives. All amenities provided and Cherished were amazing at supporting our trip.
Had a amazing stay at St Nicholas court and st ives is always a place we holiday in and never disappoints.
Porthmeor beach is St Ives best beach, that’s saying something as all of them are so outstanding! The location of this duplex blows the mind, this is a particularly large Piazza property, truly thrilling. The sense of location, light & the constant sound of the waves is a mediative experience. Well equipped & has a lovely homely feel, we would love to return! ( Downside, a small one, thick heavy duvets, with no choice of a flat sheet, is perhaps an oversight during the summer? The alarm & nightlights disturbed us a bit too). Cherished cottages were helpful and polite when we communicated ...more
Another great holiday at the oldbakehouse. Great location. Decent size fridge freezer. Comfy sofas and bed. Step outside the front door and you’re 2 mins away from everything. Cherished cottage team can’t do enough to make your stay perfect
Has all the amenities for a family holiday. Close to the beaches and the town yet so quiet and peaceful. The addition of a local parking space was a welcome surprise.
We have stayed at Westholme 7 times now so obviously love it. Excellent location and view, home from home with everything you could need. Clean and tidy when you arrive with a good little welcome pack included.
This is a comfortable if small apartment in an ideal location. For 2 adults it’s fine so long as you don’t have much luggage. Location is great for easy and short walks to the beaches and main areas for shops etc. beware no parking and the island car park is almost always full. I used the leisure centre car park which is only short walk away but up a steep hill
The apartment was spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed, including a welcome pack of goodies! The balcony has fantastic views of Porthmeor beach, lovely all day long but particularly for the stunning sunsets. The location is perfect for heading down to the beach without needing to take anything with you, popping back up for lunch and there’s an outside shower in the beautifully maintained complex to wash off sand before heading inside. It’s just a short stroll round to the harbour and winding lanes of St Ives. Loads of lovely shops and places to eat, particularly if you need ...more
Our go to place in St Ives Cornwall - everything that we want and expect from our accommodation - we would not stay anywhere else if we return to St Ives.
Various niggles/issues that went un resolved, dirty rug, rusty basin drain/plug hole ( reported first day) blocked shower drain resulting in flooded bathroom, left with numerous wet towels, which were not collected when new towels delivered, along with unexpected building work on next door property.
Great house nicely maintained. Amazing views. Comfy beds. Fully equipped for holiday. Quick Access to town and beaches down steep steps Useful outside shower. Handy parking space Nice garden seating across 3 areas (Would like to be able to open main bedroom window)
This was our fourth time staying at this property so, obviously, we love it here. It is extremely comfortable, convenient for everything that St Ives has to offer and the view from the property onto Porthmeor beach is stunning. We will, of course, be back.
The cottage is wonderful, spacious, clean and well equipped. The location is amazing just a few minutes from Porthgwidden , Portmeor and the harbour. The beds and pillows would not have been my choice but I did sleep well. The only thing I would change is the front door would be better if it were a stable door. Hopefully we will be back best place we've stayed in St Ives
