This studio has everything including the ever valuable outdoor space, great for a spot of lunch or a glass of wine. All amenities in the property are first class very dog friendly too. The shower was fantastic I want one at home. You are in easy access of everything. I just loved my stay here. I’ll be booking again soon.
We know St Ives well but this was our first stay in this wonderful little apartment. It is dog friendly and he enjoyed sitting i the window watching the world go by outside. The place was spotless and comfortable and very centrally located on the harbour front but high enough not to hear the outside noise. It was a great base to explore St Ives and there was a car park nearby. All in all 10/10 from us.
We have stayed in this place many times and booked for 2025. The only thing is needed are some smaller frying pans and these have already been ordered.
House layout is first rate. Relaxing in the evening with food and drinks so spacious.Plus the outside decking and views are excellent.
A beautiful spacious but cosy Cottage. Very well equipped everything you needed. Very clean & mid stay clean, changing of bed linen and towels was a bonus. Extras like hand wash and kitchen cleaning products was much appreciated. Separate washing machine and tumble dryer is really useful, being in the utility room leaves the kitchen free of washing etc. excellent property. Had a wonderful stay and will be back.
We booked West Coast House through Cherished Cottages and from the start to the end it was the perfect break. The team couldn't have been more helpful with booking and during our stay, and the house was the perfect holiday home. A stone's throw from the beach and minutes from the town centre, it was the perfect location for our family holiday. And the view of the sunset from the bedroom windows was stunning! Would highly recommend both West Coast House and Cherished Cottages!
The perfect week in the most perfect accommodation. Crab Rock is in the best location to enjoy StIves. A huge bonus to have a good size parking space in a safe garage just opposite. You enter to a bright modern well equipped stylish apartment with the most spectacular views all around the bay. It was spotlessly clean. The beds are comfy and the showers are really powerful with plenty of hot water. Our second visit to this lovely cottage (usually it’s booked up and we miss out!), so we were delighted to be back. The owners have beautiful taste - the cottage is v cosy and nicely furnished, and it’s the best sleep we’ve had in St Ives. Halfway between the bakery on Fore St and Porthmeor beach, it’s also in a perfect spot. Thanks v much for a fabulous stay

This is our second stay here. Perfect location, very clean, well equipped. A tap outside would be useful to wash sand off your feet before entering apartment. We always put a saucepan of water outside the door as we left. Another perfect short break was had, we will return.
Our second visit to a really nice building that is well maintained and spotlessly clean. We did not have need to trouble the customer service team other than making the booking. Instructions were fine. We enjoyed it and had no issues to raise. Congratulations - great job.
Hardy’s cottage was a lovely place to stay,it was in a great location to car park beaches and bars will stay here again very homely.
We stayed at Rock House, with all our family 8 in total with 2 dogs. The house was amazing, it had everything we needed everyone had their own bathrooms which really made life easier. The house is beautiful appointed, lovely mix of character and modern design. We celebrate my 50th birthday and it was a treat to take all the family away. Would definitely recommend for large family's or groups. Thank you Rock House for the incredible memories that have been made. Hopefully see you again next year. For our 25th wedding anniversary
Only one small suggestion -a freezer would be helpful we did stay at Christmas though and had a lot of food !!
We had a fantastic week at sailfish cottage, we had a week of perfect weather. The location is excellent and the included allocate parking is a must have as all the public car parks were very busy that week. The property is in very good condition and all the appliances are very high quality. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at sailfish and will definitely be coming back
No communication from Cherished after final payment made - unlike other agencies in the area. Written information about the property was partly out of date- including the WiFi password (which was incorrect) and information about local restaurants - which were not there anymore. Clearly a new boiler had been installed but no information was available to help change settings. Used the manual, but would have appreciated some simple instructions to help. Radiators - main bedroom radiator did not work - stays cold. Towel radiator in bathroom only half heated - clearly full of air. Both ...more
Harbour Lights is the perfect holiday home in St Ives, although anyone with physical disabilities might well struggle with three floors and two flights of stairs. The house is beautifully maintained and appointed and its location is very convenient for all that St Ives has to offer. Secure parking for two cars per property and a house within a short walking distance (albeit up a steep hill on the way back) of the centre of St Ives ensure that parking spaces in the town are never a problem for guests at Harbour Lights. We have enjoyed another great week at Panorama. The size and lay out of the house are perfect for our group of 3 families with areas to use by all and a well equipped kitchen. We appreciated the laundry facilities and outdoor spaces with handy access to the rear and outdoor shower. Sensibly priced and a very convenient locution with beautiful views. Definitely becoming one of our favourite places in St Ives and we hope to return!
The garden area is so we'll kept and pretty. Everything is clean and fresh. At night the garden area is lit and looks gorgeous. Love it
We have stayed in this property in St Ives many times. It’s always clean and has everything we need, especially a parking space next to the house. Westholme is in a great position overlooking Porthmeor beach and is a quick walk into town where there are lots of good places to eat.

Loved the location, it’s cosy but has all you need & it’s on the doorstep for beautiful St Ives, the buzz, the town, the beaches! Great customer service which I believe makes all the difference these days! I will be back thanxx
Always a pleasure to be in St Ives, and this property is in a perfect position to enjoy what makes the town so special. Such a comfortable and well-equipped apartment with the bonus of being right on Porthmeor beach, our favourite. Easy walking distance to all the town has to offer like the restaurants, shops and other beaches and with parking included, parking being at a premium here.
Fantastic location and very clean. Just be aware of the steps leading up to the property for anyone who has mobility issues. Easy access down to the town where many excellent eateries are available. Would highly recommend this property and next time we visit St Ives it will be our choice of residence.
Wonderful stay in wonderful St Ives. Location of this super house ticks all the boxes. Large garden, parking AND A HOT TUB. All wrapped in a luxurious house within a five minute walk of the beach and town. Well equipped kitchen and the house has all the home from home extra touches.
We enjoyed yet another lovely stay at 14 Barnaloft with its fabulous view of Portmeor beach and close proximity to all of the restaurants and shops in St Ives. All you need for a great stay for 2.
A return visit to 4 Island Road, and the cottage was fully up to the usual exceptional standards. We have been visiting St Ives for eleven years now and have used Cherished for most of those visits. They are a friendly, helpful and efficient company that we can recommend without reservation.
