This studio has everything including the ever valuable outdoor space, great for a spot of lunch or a glass of wine. All amenities in the property are first class very dog friendly too. The shower was fantastic I want one at home. You are in easy access of everything. I just loved my stay here. I’ll be booking again soon.
Great location in all weathers, well equipped property, everything we needed, cozy, comfortable and clean, so relaxing from start to finish
Everything about Bellair House is top notch. The Cooker extractor has a faulty switch and only the light works. We found the Banham door locks are tricky to use and the fire door devices are quite annoying as a crawling baby kept activating them. These are very minor grumbles as we absolutely love the house, its location is unequalled and the quality of the rebuild work is first class. But as usual when an owner opts for non standard light switches etc it is hard for people who are only there for a week to get used to.
A beautiful spacious but cosy Cottage. Very well equipped everything you needed. Very clean & mid stay clean, changing of bed linen and towels was a bonus. Extras like hand wash and kitchen cleaning products was much appreciated. Separate washing machine and tumble dryer is really useful, being in the utility room leaves the kitchen free of washing etc. excellent property. Had a wonderful stay and will be back.
We have stayed in this place many times and booked for 2025. The only thing is needed are some smaller frying pans and these have already been ordered.
We booked West Coast House through Cherished Cottages and from the start to the end it was the perfect break. The team couldn't have been more helpful with booking and during our stay, and the house was the perfect holiday home. A stone's throw from the beach and minutes from the town centre, it was the perfect location for our family holiday. And the view of the sunset from the bedroom windows was stunning! Would highly recommend both West Coast House and Cherished Cottages!
Fantastic location on St Ives seafront just a short stroll from the many restaurants and shops. The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped with fantastic views. Probably one of the best around. We will certainly keep Crab Rock in mind for our next visit. The only slight negative was the staircase leading to Crab Rock which appears to have its resident pigeons and there excrement deposits. This was a bit off putting on arrival but the staircase was cleaned during the week’s stay.
10 of us stayed in Atlantic Watch in November. It’s a fantastic house. Amazing location next to the beach and an easy walk into the town. Really well equipped throughout. Maybe the cooker could do with being upgraded to the same high standard as the rest of the house. But that’s the only minor grumble. Atlantic Watch is a truly wonderful experience for larger groups. Treat yourselves.
This is our second stay at 8 Hicks Court and the property is superb. The owners should be very proud of what they have done with the property, which includes high-end furnishings primarily from John Lewis and Habitat. No expense has been spared in creating a lovely property. Due to its great location on the Digey, we were close to everything that St Ives has to offer and our teenage children were happy to wonder and explore by themselves. This is our second stay here. Perfect location, very clean, well equipped. A tap outside would be useful to wash sand off your feet before entering apartment. We always put a saucepan of water outside the door as we left. Another perfect short break was had, we will return.
Our now fourth (I think!) stay at Seaside house, which never disappoints. A comfortable home for a week for our family and dog. We always love staying here for our winter Cornwall break. A few walls are starting to look a but tired (scuffed) which is inevitable and a few wobbly shower trays- which is why we have scored a 4 for condition. Our two young children also missed the Christmas tree this year! All in all a wonderful stay - thank you once again ☺️
We loved our stay at Hardy’s cottage! An excellent location for the harbour and super close to Porthgwidden beach we had an absolutely fantastic stay here. The cottage was decorated to a high standard and very clean throughout. Beds were incredibly comfortable and kitchen very well equipped. We stayed here with our 9 month old daughter and I would say that the cottage isn’t great for a baby on the move, so would maybe look for something a bit more child friendly in future! But would have no hesitation to recommend.
Only one small suggestion -a freezer would be helpful we did stay at Christmas though and had a lot of food !!
Another wonderfully relaxing stay over the Christmas break. Rock house is cosy and welcoming and very well equipped for a large family group. There is parking for 2 cars and although its is in a slightly elevated position the location of the house is excellent with beautiful views over the bay and no more than a 5 minute walk (downhill) into town. Cherished Cottages take care of every aspect of the booking. They are always available for queries and advice during the stay and nothing is too much trouble. No communication from Cherished after final payment made - unlike other agencies in the area. Written information about the property was partly out of date- including the WiFi password (which was incorrect) and information about local restaurants - which were not there anymore. Clearly a new boiler had been installed but no information was available to help change settings. Used the manual, but would have appreciated some simple instructions to help. Radiators - main bedroom radiator did not work - stays cold. Towel radiator in bathroom only half heated - clearly full of air. Both ...more
We have enjoyed another great week at Panorama. The size and lay out of the house are perfect for our group of 3 families with areas to use by all and a well equipped kitchen. We appreciated the laundry facilities and outdoor spaces with handy access to the rear and outdoor shower. Sensibly priced and a very convenient locution with beautiful views. Definitely becoming one of our favourite places in St Ives and we hope to return!
We had a fantastic time. The sailfish was everything we hoped for a more - it was clean, well-located and beautifully presented. Would love to stay again
This is a first class location. The mid term cleaning was excellent. We would have given a 5 for Comfort but for the fact that the beds are not comfortable. A good nights sleep is essential in particular when on holiday. These beds are not top quality. I am not an expert but it may be the mattresses need turning. In addition a useful item would be cutting boards.
This is our second time staying at St Nicholas court. The apartment is very comfortable, stylish and well equipped. We stayed overnight the Christmas period with our daughter, dog and friends. The apartment had everything we needed to cook Christmas lunch and was comfortable for us all. Would t hesitate to return.
This house is absolutely perfect in every way possible. I highly recommend it. I would definitely rent it again if it’s available next time we come to Saint Ives. everything about it was perfect

Brilliant heating, fast Wifi, just around the corner from the sea… only slight downside is no parking and sofa could be a bit comfier but besides that perfect holiday apartment
Loved the location, it’s cosy but has all you need & it’s on the doorstep for beautiful St Ives, the buzz, the town, the beaches! Great customer service which I believe makes all the difference these days! I will be back thanxx
Always a pleasure to be in St Ives, and this property is in a perfect position to enjoy what makes the town so special. Such a comfortable and well-equipped apartment with the bonus of being right on Porthmeor beach, our favourite. Easy walking distance to all the town has to offer like the restaurants, shops and other beaches and with parking included, parking being at a premium here.
very draughty through doors and floor boards needed heating on nearly all the time ,next doors where having building work done so there was hammering and drilling going on all day (understand this is not no4 s fault ) but made the stay poor .
This is our third time staying at the house. We had a lovely time celebrating my birthday and our 30th wedding anniversary. As always Christine was so helpful in arranging for us to stay an extra couple of nights, looking forward to staying again soon
We enjoyed yet another lovely stay at 14 Barnaloft with its fabulous view of Portmeor beach and close proximity to all of the restaurants and shops in St Ives. All you need for a great stay for 2.
The cottage was spotlessly clean, and the welcome pack and flowers were lovely. It has been refurbished to a very high standard, and the whole ambience is fresh and airy. We have been regular regular customers of Cherished for many years, and they are always excellent to deal with, friendly and helpful. This cottage exceeded even their high standards. We can't wait to come back!
