This was my first time in Fitzwilliam Lodge, having stayed in one of the other lodges previously. The lodge is really cosy, but spacious, and well equipped with everything you could need. Beds (and pillows) were comfortable and bedding was high quality and clean. There were a few cobwebs around the hanging light fittings, but otherwise very clean. The hot tub was amazing, always hot! The decked area is enclosed so the dog could run around without escaping. There is plenty of grassland around for the dog to run about on a long lead. Our stay was absolutely amazing! It was the perfect way to relax and spend quality time with my family in our cozy home away from home. The location was a bit secluded, but everything we needed was within a 10-minute drive. The WiFi was super fast, and the hot tub with the sunset view was the cherry on top. It was the perfect end to our stay!
7th time coming to the lodges and my 2nd birthday spent here. Can’t recommend this place enough (excited to make an 8th trip!)
