We have stayed in many of the apartments using Villas2let. They really go out of their way to look after you. If you have any issues no matter how small it may seem, it is dealt with immediately. The apartments are all the same size, just slight different decor.. Coralli has a location that is second to none, it has everything.

We had great 5 days as a family in this villa! The huge swimming pool is a big hit and the kids absolutely loved it! The villa is very spacious, all rooms very clean and comfortable and with all the facilities (even a Cyprus bbq), which make the stay there a memorable experience! The views from the bedrooms balcony are also amazing! Moreover, there is a very small private beach within 5min walk!!! We have stayed in Villa Carolina several times our the past years with other family members & have always enjoyed our stay. The villa is very spacious both inside and out, the villa has excellent water pressure so no issues when showering, the pool is a 8mt x 4mt with access steps so great for large families or just relaxing & swimming lengths. In a quiet part of Protaras in front of a beautiful bay where you have a great chance to swim with turtles. A short walk by the sea will take you to the center of town. All in all nice place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at this villa. It really does look just like the pictures, it is so so spacious (we stayed as a family of 5 with 3 young children). The pool area is just beautiful, the villa itself is completed to an amazingly high standard. The views from the top Terrance are stunning, it’s a very quiet area too so you don’t get disturbed. We stayed for 2 weeks at this villa. Facilities and standard of the villa were great. No issues at all and it had everything for 6 people. The pool was lovely, very clean and the pool/sunbathing area was modern and clean. We would happily rent this villa again.
The location is as good as it gets. The mattress is very comfortable; I haven’t slept this well anywhere else in a long time. However, there are a few important details missing, such as basic shelves in the bathroom, an umbrella on the balcony, and kitchen utensils. On the bright side, they respond to all requests promptly – everything we asked for was brought right away.

Das Haus war sehr sauber , den Pool haben wir jeden tag genutzt! Die Lage ist auch unschlagbar . Wenige Fahrminuten mit dem Auto zu den geilsten spots um Klippen zu springen. Super Gegend, ist sehr zu empfehlen.

We stayed at Coralli Spa a few years ago and decided to book again as we enjoyed it. Nothing was too much trouble for Villas2let they were always available to speak to and were very helpful. We had trouble getting into the safe, within 20 minutes they arrived to set the code for us. The apartment was just like the photos, the bed was so comfortable and big! We will be back!

I had a pleasant experience overall during my stay at the villa. The proximity to the sea was a definite plus, making it convenient for beach visits. The villa itself was good value for the price paid, offering comfortable accommodation. One minor drawback was the kitchen equipment; it was not as well-equipped as I would have liked. This made cooking a bit challenging at times. However, aside from this, everything else met my expectations, and I had an enjoyable stay.

Delightful villa with spacious courtyard, jacuzzi and lovely, well looked after garden. It had everything that we needed inside as a family of four on holiday. Owners/Villas2let were immediately responsive to any queries we had - really heightened our esteem of them. In a peaceful location on cul-de-sac. Literally minutes walk to tree shaded bus stop with regular services to Paralimni, Protaras strip, Ayia Napa. Ayia Triada beach, local mini supermarkets and a magnificent bakery within reasonable walking distance. Enjoyed our holiday there and would definitely rebook this villa.
The apartment is perfect with a nice pool and stunning view. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Contact was easy with all necessary information for quick check-in.We felt that they do care about their guests:) Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable. This is our first time using Villas2Let. The villa is situated on the edge of Pernera in the Protoras region, only a 15 minute leisurely walk into the village. A short walk to the main road takes you to a fabulous Greek restaurant called Pinia, if we didn't eat at home, kwe didn't bother eating anywhere else, great food and staff. Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Villa. Der Check in war einfach und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt, auch wenn die Villa an einigen Stellen etwas „abgewohnt“ war (Treppenstufen etwas angegriffen und das Sofa sollte ausgetauscht werden). Da kann man jedoch drüber hinweg sehen, da es ansonsten sauber und ordentlich war. Der Pool wurde zweimal in der Woche gereinigt.
The apartment was clean and tidy, communications were very good and we will be back, you can easily walk to Fig Tree bay in around 15 minutes along the costal path and there is a beautiful little bay less then 5 minutes away too.
The house is clean and with all the comforts and necessities. The neighboor is quite and 3 minutes from the beach.
everything was nice and in good condition except for the below points: we had to change all batteries for all air conditioning units and the TV the curtains need washing the gray sofa in the sitting area needs cleaning and not comfortable at all. Also it is torn the wine glasses in the kitchen cupboards were not clean, we had to wash them all over again the gray covers of the garden furniture were dirty

We picked this complex again as it has a great location and the villas are good. Just need more adequate tools for cleaning inside i.e. .better broom bigger dustpan and brush.. And BBQ utensils such as tongs and cleaning brush etc. The midclean didn't clean the floors downstairs only the bathrooms.
We have been in the same area (Levanda Hill - literally 2 villas away) the last time we holidayed in Cyprus, in 2022. We find that generally the villas are kept well, although they are starting to look a bit tired! Villa 58 has not properly been finished, there are still electrical lights connections that are missing around the property and light bulbs on the outside that are either missing or not working. Four of us stayed at Queen Valeria for a week. The house and outdoor area was spotless and very spacious. Beds were very comfortable and the air conditioning units very effective. We had an issue connecting to the internet at the start so I contacted Georgia and she sorted the issue very quickly. The house was in a gated community and felt very safe. We were a short walk to a shop and beach with fantastic restaurants. We hope to return next year.
It was very great. The pool was big and perfect. Our friends will come there perhaps next year. An perhaps we will come again.
Apartment Erika is wonderful as are the villas2let team. The apartment is top floor end facing the sea so you can't get a better apartment in Coralli. The apartment could however do with a bigger table in front of the couch, there is a padel tennis court below which is noisy if you want to relax but it only for a couple of hours per day.. We will return next year..

Villa Serena is located in Protaras in a complex of villas. It was clean and beautiful with the plants around the pool area offering privacy. Small kitchen area, but has dishwasher. The customer service was excellentwhen we needed something.
We had a wonderful vacation at this villa. It is located in a quiet area, providing us with a peaceful retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The house is cozy and clean, with a modern interior and all the necessary amenities. It is worth mentioning that the pool requires a complete renovation of the lining, although in its current state, it still served as a place for outdoor relaxation and entertainment. The kitchen is fully equipped, which allowed us to cook delicious homemade meals. Excellent Wi-Fi signal in all parts of the house. We hope the pool will be updated soon....more

There was a lot of damage in the villa, especially to the cupboards and beds. Since we were traveling overnight with children, I asked about a possible earlier check-in. We were promised to send a message when the villa was ready. We went to look at the villa 1.5 hours before normal check-in, and it was already ready. We were not informed that we could enter the villa earlier, which is very unfortunate. Heated pool would be nice.
Improvement of communication about generell questions before booking is necessary. I was able to get in touch only after booking.
Harmony was situated in a quiet, rural location with undisturbed views of Ayia Napa and the sea in the distance. We were fortunate to have lovely weather so the pool and outside areas were used a huge amount. The pool table was also a big bonus! The only drawback was a lot of dog/s barking most mornings from 6am! We all had a wonderful holiday.

We had a very nice stay at Villa no. 2. Quiet area, big pool, big kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows. Customer service was very good. Unfortunately there is no direct path to the sea. Outdoor furniture could be more comfortable and cleaner also. All in all we enjoyed our stay a lot. Second time with villas2let.

We had an amazing family holiday at this villa. Enough space for 8 of us, fantastic pool area and minutes from the restaurants, bars and beach. The service from Villas2Let was also exceptional. From booking to departure they kept in touch and addressed every query we had. Special mention for their rep Georgia. Always available and always able to fix the small issues (sent someone to change the pool light timer, sent extra towels, even brought a brand new iron to us when we noticed the old one wasn’t working). Hopefully we’ll get the chance to visit again.

The previous people that stayed there were very dirty, giving the cleaners less time and more work to do. We we allowed for entrance to the house after 19.00 rathen than 16.00. Overall because we stayed to the same complex several times i would say its the perfect location and definetelly we will stay again, thanks .
Fantastic high end villa, every modern amenity you would hope to have. Spacious, clean, everything just as it should be. Plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture to accommodate a large family, which I find often isn't the case.
Villa palm was in a perfect location, house inside immaculate, kitchen well equipped, water cooler was its best feature and well used in the hot weather. Shame the pool was scruffy with the tiles around the edge falling off, 144 during our stay at my kids last count! We found a bag of them in the cupboard so seems it’s an ongoing issue. The apartment is neat and very nice, with a great view to the sea. AC in both rooms, nice huge windows. The bed is comfortable and the overall condition of the apartment is pretty good. The shower cabin and the shower itself could do with some renewing. Also it was a bit challenging to sweep the floor, as the brush kept falling off (it was broken). One face towel for 7 days was a bit weird, but well. We didn't bother much as we only came home to sleep/

The last point on the directions provided was confusing and when we finally found the apartment we could see no mention of the name 'Nemesis'. The apartment was quite nice, however lacking in cooking equipment. The very soft, squiggy cushions on the sofas are not our taste where they are being used by many people. The oven didn't work due to an electrical fault in the wall socket, and which was not securely attached to the wall. Ivory Villa was a very pleasent surprise regarding various provisions such as appliances, cleanness and overal customer service and care.
Good accommodation, comfortable, spacious, beautiful. The equipment is adequate. Cleanliness was problematic: The railing on the terrace was very dirty. The balcony of the roof was not cleaned at all. There was no furniture in the balcony of the room.
It is very good at nice location. The villa is clean and big enough. It needs curtains/blinds at the windows which are on the stairs because you are vissible from outside and one sun curtain in the main room. Overall a nice house and the pool is big enough and clean.
Location is great, pool good size, a/c work well, there was only one shot glass, and one towell per person, no detergents for washing machine and dishwasher, when i call them they provided it. Our 2nd stay in that place was very pleasant, we enjoyed it. Villa location, sea access and comfort are unique. A little technical issues, like low water pressure in the house and ground floor room electrical plugs must be fixed. Despite mentioned we are looking forward to our next stay in the future.

A Wonderful Stay at Villa Polina! We had an amazing stay at Villa Polina in Ayia Napa. The villa is beautifully decorated, spacious, and has everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. The highlight was definitely the private pool and the convenience of walking straight out the back gate to the beach, where we went snorkeling every day in the crystal-clear waters. The villa’s 4 bedrooms were well-appointed and comfortable, and the balcony views of the Mediterranean Sea and lush garden were simply stunning. The villa is spacious but needs some TLC. beds are not comfortable and the floor tiles are dangerous. The location is o.k but the current road works restrict access in and out .
Firstly can't fault villas2let great service.. Would use them again.. Black out blinds desperately needed in the bedroom as woken up at 6.30 in the morning with the sun streaming through the window. Sunbeds need cushions for comfort as very uncomfortable. Swimming pool is in the shade for alot of the day so doesn't get warm only used once. The sea is alot warmer. It's a good 25minute walk to top of the strip. Going down OK but up hill on the way back. The house is in good condition. The beds are very comfortable. However, a lot of things are missing. The kitchen is only sparsely equipped. It wasn't particularly clean either. Pots and pans were very greasy. The blinds are dirty. There is only one permanently installed parasol that cannot be moved, so there is no shade around the pool. The price-performance ratio does not fit at all
Villas2let themselves were great in terms of support and helpfulness but this villa is very very tired and grubby to be totally honest! It needs all furniture replacing and a really deep clean. Pool lining was quite filthy, outside furniture falling to bits, very very poor condition and different to the images on the website. Stayed for 2 weeks in August 2024. Villa was clean, in a quiet residential area despite our neighbours partying until 07.00 on our 1st night. A couple of maintenance issues needed to be addressed including a shutter that we couldn't close, a safe we couldn't operate and a bathroom door handle that was about to fall off but other than that it was fine. The towel rail in the bathroom was on the floor when we arrived but I managed to fix this. The bedrooms are quite small and we had to move the double bed over a bit get the wardrobe doors open. We didn’t have to use Customer service, but we did receive several messages from them for anything we might need so over all excellent service. The apartment was a good size for our needs,clean towels and bedding was provided along with a small welcome pack. The apartment on the surface was clean, but needed replacing some items eg shower grubby, door not sliding properly falling apart. A few of the kitchen items need to be replaced eg glasses. The villa is not very modern in interior but it compensates with the pool and the jacuzzi. The beds are comfortable and there is AC in both bedrooms. No dishwasher, unfortunately . I had a pleasant stay.
The villa is in a great location although you do need a car which we had already hired. The pool was kept very clean. On first glance at the villa it is clean and has all the necessary facilities. It does need some tlc and a repaint both inside and outside. Both bathrooms need a good deep clean as areas on tiles and around shower and bath need cleaning with something to get rid of limescale and mould build up. It was our second villa. The first one, villa ruby was better. Very aynoing was some signal beeping all Day long and nothing was done about it. All in all it was a nice villa with some points to improve

The villa is really spacious and nice. Pool is a bit small, however is great for a short cool down in the afternoon. Be aware the villa is surrounded by a lot of other villas. Most of them with friend groups enjyoing the night life in agia nappa. However the villa still feels verry secluded and the neighbours did not bother us. Distance to the beach is pretty far. However taxis will take you for about 10 eu to nissie beach.
of the minuses: - dirty microwave - no frying pan - there is a washing machine and dishwasher, but no detergent - no napkins - one glass for two guests - the service staff entered the room without knocking
This villa fell slightly short of being a great villa. Our intention was to have lots of barbecues as there is a great one in the garden, however, there are no grill trays supplied for this and instead, we had to use an old metal one with a small tray the size in A4 paper, no use for a family of 4. The freezer popped open every time we closed the fridge, and sometimes even by its own, we lost some food due to this. Also, there seems to be an infestation of very small flies and we woke up with some bites.
Firstly after staying at many other villas in this location ,penera,this villa is in a perfect location and is bigger in living area than we have been in before ,the place is clean and in good condition overall. As in others we feel that the mattresses were a bit hard to live with for our comfort,but that is our only comment
an information for you about the clean: they cleaned the windows with the towels used by others. also when we got inside it wasn't so clean that we did it again
Very satisfied. The villa was at an excellent location next to many utilities and the beach. Everything was great the pool perfect and we also received a great customer service as we were offered a late checkout. I strongly recommend it for vacations:)
It would be very much appreciated if the villa is much more cleaner. When inside you see how sofa is dirty, shades probably never washed and the worst thing was a dishwasher filter which was very dirty with mold in it already as well.
All in all, it was great. The house looked a bit bleak. A little more decoration would have been good. The air conditioning in one room unfortunately didn't work well. Despite being restarted several times, it could not be adjusted properly. The pool was unfortunately very dirty on arrival, but this was taken care of very quickly! That was great. Otherwise, the water in the shower did not drain well... All in all we were satisfied, but found it too expensive for the comfort.
This was a lovely villa. Clean, bright and comfortable. The score provided reflects our experience whilst staying there. There were dogs barking all night which meant it was difficult to sleep (something one treasures when on holiday) so we were not able to completely relax. Additionally there was a noisy water pump which seemed to be an issue throughout our stay. This was not the original villa booked. Just days before our arrival we were notified of construction work at the original villa. Had we known about the noise in this villa we would have stuck with our original choice.
