Enjoy a 'Distinctly Dales' luxury experience at a luxury Grade II listed cottage in the heart of the Yorkshire Dales National Park. With 3 cottages, sleeping 2-4 people, each cottage has its own appeal, as individual as you. We pride ourselves on delivering a luxury experience. Dairy cottage is a fabulous wheelchair accessible holiday cottage, with beautiful views. The attention to detail , luxurious cottage and fantastic hosts help make this one of our favourite holiday spots. It is wonderful to be able to explore the increasing number of accessible walks in the Yorkshire Dales.

Latest Review - October 2025

Our first time staying at The Byre and we loved everything about it. The cottage is luxuriously appointed with lots of thoughtful extras. Diane and Andrew have thought of everything. It is situated in a peaceful location and there is an abundance of information/maps/walking books etc. We had an amazing week and returned home feeling very rested and relaxed despite walking miles in beautiful countryside! Thank you Diane and Andrew for your warm welcome and making our week so special. We will definitely be back.
