This is our second visit to Glow Worm, Brackenhill Glamping and again it exceeds all expectations. It is a getaway from the busy lives we lead. The surroundings are peaceful and beautiful. The Safari Tent is very clean, comfortable and warm. You have everything you needs for a perfect relaxing (away from it all) break. There are beaches within a short drive. 2 wonderful pubs in the village with amazing food just a 10 minute walk away. The site shop is well stocked and you can top up supplies for your wood burner (very cosy when the nights are cooler). I would highly recommend this glamp...more
You can't really call this camping as the safari tents have a full kitchen and bathroom with a log burner and heated blankets, (we slept so well). But it's a great way to feel more outdoors even in October. Brackenhill was lovely, quiet and secluded and the dark skies were amazing for sky gazing. The honesty shop was very useful and owner very nice. Location wise it was a bit of a drive to get to some of the places we had chosen to visit, down very narrow windy roads but that added to the charm. If you're not a camper but like the outdoors this is the place for you.
