A beautiful property with everything you could want. The welcome pack was a lovely bonus and the Christmas decorations added to the magic of the place. The main oven on the stove does not work so we had to cook a roast meal for the family using the small oven and a Ninja oven we found in the utility room, it was not easy but we got there. We thoroughly enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub, as a note to improve on this, maybe a path from the house to the hot tub rather than walking over grass? We had a lovely time and found the whole experience from booking to staying very good.
Had a wonderful weekend at Holly House, celebrating my birthday with 12 of my family and friends. The house was big and spacious for all of us and facilities were excellent. Beds were all lovely and comfortable with clean and luxurious bedding. The house was warm and water heat and pressure was top notch - sometimes in bigger houses, these things can be an issue but all on point at Holly House. We paid a premium price however were not disappointed with the product. A beautifully decorated cottage very well equipped throughout. Spacious living arrangement conducive to a family environment. Charming rooms with comfortable beds, ample sitting space and a gorgeous log burner to admire when in the snug. Topped off with the hot tub for some indulgence and a games room with a combination table game. Our 2 dogs enjoyed the super walks in the grounds of the estate. A picturesque cottage, fantastic for a quiet new years break to relax and recharge just beware of the steep stairs after a glass of fizz ;)
