The apartment is in an excellent location - views over the marina and good secure parking in the marina car park . A warm comfortable clean appartement within walking distance of all the towns attractions!

Our stay in La Mouette was lovely. The house was well equipped and as always the views is absolutely breathtaking. The beds were comfy and the house was clean.
Even the weather (UK in September) was with us ! We've been here before but keep on coming back. No problems at all - no hesitation in recommending the location. Thank you.

This was our second time visiting this property as it was that good. Location is perfect, such a short walk into town. The views were amazing - we spent hours sitting and watching the world go by! The holiday company are also so helpful and amended our booking easily and quickly when we had a problem prior to arrival. Would recommend both the property and the holiday company. We’ll be back to stay at this property again! Nobody wanted to leave.
We have been to high seas before this is the only place we have come back to we have 4 to5 holidays a year in the uk lovey place my partner is very hard to please she loved every moment of her stay we will re book again I think that says it all brilliant x
We love staying at The Coral, the harbour views are super whatever the weather. Harbourside parking is a bonus.The only issue really is the lounge seating could do with professional cleaning, it obviously gets a lot of use which is understandable but it would be great if it was cleaned sometimes.
This was our 2nd stay at Seascape a beautiful property with a beautiful view. There is a useful visitors book and a welcome pack of wine and biscuits. Great parking space just a short walk away. Brixham has some lovely restaurant some of our favourites being The Breakwater Bistro, Alberos and Rockfish.
Needs a deep clean, has cobwebs on the windows, windows need a good clean. Window need looking at, as you can't open some of them. We understand that you are 3 floors up. Furniture needs changing and there's to much Furniture in the bedrooms. Living room needs changing round. As you have to sit at a dinning table to be able to see the view and watch what's going on round the harbour.
We keep renting ( at least 5 times ) this lovely harbourside apartment because it ticks most of our boxes and we love it. A couple of comments: We are pleaed that the shower room floor has been re-newed and would suggest that the same is done in the kitchen area. We still find that the step on entering the apartment is hazadous as it is not obvious to the eye. How ever despite the above comments we hope to return to Midships a soften as possible in fact we have already reserved stays for next year.
We had a great week in puffin 4 we have stayed in a few apartments in the cove complex and this one was one of the cleanest and most organised. Beds comfortable with the single beds a firmer mattress. The other benefit was the walk in shower although it took a while to heat it was still better than climbing over the bath

The apartment has probably the best views of the Harbour, Marina and Torbay you can get. It is right above the Harbour so there is always something to watch and enjoy- from the fishing boats and leisure craft to people enjoying the town- but is is high enough up to offer a private space to relax in. We really enjoyed our stay at Front Row Cottage. The booking was straight forward, quick and easy. We had 6 nights there and had beautiful weather. The cottage was very comfortable with wonderful views of the harbour. We could easily walk into the town and get shopping. Most days we stopped for coffee and watched the fishing boats coming and going. We also did some really good walks out to Berry Head Fort, good coffee shop there too. We selected Curlew 3 from the site because of the additional games room, even though it was just for the two of us, it's nice to have the extra space that comes with a 6 berth apartment. My birthday week, and what an excellent choice. Gated development and secure parking were requirements, as was a Sea View and easy access to nearby Brixham Harbour (15 mins walk with minimal steps). All boxes ticked, we arrived, and what an absolutely SPOTLESS apartment, sanitary cleaned, and offering every thing (and more) than anyone would need, a properly equipped "Home from Home". The apartment had most equipment needed but pizza tray and cutter would be helpful. There was a dishcloth and fairy liquid but no tea towel. We had trouble with the Internet at first as the letters showing the code were illegible. We rang the office who were very helpful but the tea towel that was promised for the following day never materialised. The shower was generally ok but had to be adjusted and the dials turned several times to get hot water. The outside could also have done with a sweep but overall enjoyed the pool , the views and our stay at Sandpiper 3.
The property was well stocked with crockery etc and furniture okay but balconies very small and not south facing. The building the flat is in is not attractive and the view from the balcony is hampered by a very ugly building, the back of Devoncourt. All a bit disappointing. Please be aware that the walk to the breakwater is precipitous.
Fisherman's Wharf is equipped to the highest standards, and is truly a home from home. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, nice bathrooms, spotlessly clean, and the most amazing views across the harbour and our to sea. Location is excellent and everything is within walking distance. Parking is a bonus and there is a garage as well. Matthew and Rosie are a lovely couple and could not have been more helpful. Also, a special mention to Cassie who was so helpful with our booking! We loved every minute of our stay and would definitely return.
Stunning location but disappointed that there wasn't a freezer and the freezer box in the fridge was very iced up, almost unusable. I think the website could have been more explicit about the facilities in the apartment. Also the shelf in the fridge door was cracked and needs fixing.
