Really high and apartment beautifully presented and in the perfect location. It had everything we needed and we were surprised Just how much attention to detail I’ve been put into making this apartment such a lovely place to stay. The host was brilliant to deal with gave us all the information we needed checked in on us and would highly recommend staying here. We have actually booked again!
A really good lodge on an excellent village with great amentities. Very clean inside with lots of great facilities. Would defo use again. Thanks for helping us make some unplanned memories at short notice.

Salty Dog is our favourite place to stay when we visit Filey, it's so comfortable and beautifully furnished/decorated. The kitchen is well supplied with what we need for self-catering. There was also handwash and bodywash in the bathrooms. It's situated on a quiet cul de sac but close to the amenities: pub, leisure centre, shop and pharmacy. We enjoy a walk along the beach to Filey or in the opposite direction to the Beach Cafe at Hunmanby Gap (there's a nice cliff top walk to the Gap which can be accessed through a gate from the site). We look forward to returning to Salty Dog again very soon...more
A great place for a get away on the east coast . Hope to stay thire again in 2026 as thire more places to explore
We had a lovely stay at Skylark. It was like a home from home with all you needed and with an added level of luxury. It was clean, spacious, light and airy with lots of outdoor seating. Having stayed at The Bay a few times, this was by far the best accommodation particularly as there were a couple of little ones who could enjoy the space. I am sure we will be back.
ideal position on the site, has everything you need. our party consisted of 2 grandparents, 2 parents and 2 girls aged 8 and 10. plenty of room in the cottage without tripping over each other and plenty of space outside. This cottage suited our family of 6 but it would be good value for money and easily suit a party of 4
The cottage is a great space in a brilliant location. Well stocked with everything you need. Paula is great! The only disappointment was that the fantastic balcony wasn’t clean and could benefit from updated outdoor furniture. We would also have benefited from a property that doesn’t welcome dogs
Arrived for a couple of nights stay and must say accommodation was very clean, spacious and comfy. The kids loved all the additional items like the board games and beach items. Location couldn't of been better right next to the park, swimming pool and shop.
Luna Azul is a lovely spacious property, very well equipped and in a great location. Easy walk to the amenities, pub and beach.
We stayed at Sandy Shores for four nights and enjoyed every minute. It did help that the weather was warm and sunny and were able to make full use of the balcony which has a lovely view of Filey bay. The house is lovely and clean and we felt well catered for. Thank you.
We loved at our stay at Sailaway Cottage, it was a perfect venue for our family holiday. The location and the open plan design of the property added to our positive experience. Our only suggestion would be an earlier check in time of 3 or 4pm
What a find! Joe’s Beach House was just perfect for our last minute getaway. Perfectly positioned on The Bay for all amenities & the beach. We can’t wait to rebook!
We had a wonderful stay at Sea Air and we will hopefully be returning. Great walking spaces for the dogs and ample space for myself, my mum and two children.
Couldn't fault Lodge stayed here a number of times. Has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Was spotless clean. Comfy beds. Paula is always on hand to help. Dog loves it. Great location for beach path. The weather was really good. Will definitely be booking again.
Seahorse Lodge is stunning and is in a beautiful location. We had a wonderful holiday making precious memories with family. We would definitely come back one day.
The house is lovely and ideal for our needs, it’s a quant park with a nice centre. Very quite nice access to the beach. Being picky the only issue was the sofa isn’t very comfortable. Communication was excellent all the way through from the host and all amenities were taken care off
The seaside cottage is a great little place. It has everything you would need and Paula kindly left a few goodies. Its in a good location and was spotless clean
This is our second stay at the Oreo Shack. It’s the perfect location for the play area, the leisure facilities and to access the beach. We love it here.
The weather is everything and fortunately we were fairly lucky. Very close to the overpriced shop and pub and the beach not far, house was very nice and had everything we needed. Gym, pool and sauna/steam rooms Peter from Sherburn in Elmet
We thoroughly enjoyed our week. The house was very spacious and well equipped. Having the field in front of the house and easy access to the beach was a bonus with 2cdogs.
Great holiday again at Prospect Lodge, well equipped, toddler and adult friendly accommodation. Approachable, professional, and responsive when hot water boiler failed early evening one day - problem solved quickly, thank you Paula.
Been to The Bay many times this was our first stay in prospect cottage.parking opposite cottage was very handy.The cottage itself was very well layed out.The bed was very comfy,the sofa a bit worn (when you put the recliner up the metal bar was sticking in my leg).The communal area wasn’t for us as every time someone walked passed the patio the dogs would bark.lovely walk to the beach and dog walking field. The cleanliness wasn’t great,the walls and skirting boards were dirty and dusty.The toilet looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in a very long time.We didn’t let it ruin our stay.I ...more
Excellent property and fantastic location and outdoor space through bifold doors and view, just idea for our party on this occasion - lots of space both indoors and out. Long while since stayed in a 'Dartmouth' type property but they are excellent - though think some of the intentionally looking marine type wood furniture might be time for a review. As always exceptional first class customer service in every regard by Paula Foster. We had a great time staying at Silversands House. The accommodation was beautiful. Very spacious with a gorgeous sea view. We visited as a family and there was something for everyone. The children and dog loved the beach, which was only a short walk away, and my father loved sitting on the balcony watching the view. We also enjoyed a tour of the local whisky distillery. We really appreciated Paula’s help during our stay. Well positioned lodge at the Bay Filey. both bedrooms en suite -lovely Good WI FI connection BUT A plea to ANY self catering establishment PLEASE leave some empty cupboards for the holiday maker to put their own things such as cereals , tins etc . Otherwise a lovely weekend break
Excellent lodge, very well laid out, air fryer would be an improvement, the two rear deckings could be made more dog friendly
We had a wonderful stay at Pebble Place! It was very clean and updated, had lots of fun activities for kids, and had plenty of space. Would recommend and stay again!
Incredibly spacious, very well equipped and spotlessly clean property. Best shower ever in the downstairs comfy double bedroom and very comfy sofas too.
