The Lighthouse was perfect four our dog friendly stay. Everything you could need and more. Clean, warm and excellent location.
Really enjoyed our stay at Puffin Pad was one of the cleanest places we have stayed in. The layout of the property was perfect, and the little touches the hosts made to make our stay perfect was lovely. Would go back again in a heart beat. Beach is a short walk away. Lovely and peaceful place was just what we were looking for.
We have been staying at The Bay for 21 years and have stayed in lots of different accommodation over that time. The Sandpiper is by far one of the best. The facilities in the accommodation are spot on, they have everything you could possibly need and more. The house was spotless and decorated to a very high standard making it very comfortable and pleasurable. We would definitely stay here again as a first choice and recommend to anyone. The location is perfect for us as it's very close to the beach path and seems to be in a quiet area.

We (2 adults, 2 children) had a great stay at High Tide. Ideal location for exploring the North Yorkshire coast, from seals at Flamborough to arcades at Scarborough. Easy to walk to beach and the pub on The Bay. We will be back!
This was a great find for a last minute couple of days by the sea. Cottage exceeded expectations, spacious, clean, comfortable, well equipped. Communication from the host was above and beyond. The resort itself has a really nice ‘high end’ feel to it, had a genuine village feel to it. About an hour at low tide walk over to Filey.
3rd time booking with Anchor Bay and as excellent as usual. Baywatch is a must stay house! Amazing views to wake up to and house is just simply wonderful.
Fantastic stay in the Cosy Retreat Apartment. Absolutely loved it. Home from home. Comfy sofas, fully equipped, lovely personal finishing touches and a huge bed providing excellent comfort ! We saved for 4 nights and didn’t want to leave ! Highly recommend. Once again excellent communication & service by Anthony at Anchor Bay Holidays.
We had a great stay at Life of Filey. Anthony was extremely helpful throughout the booking process and provided lots of information prior to our arrival. The cottage was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated with lovely comfortable beds. It was very well equipped with everything you could need. It was always a pleasure to arrive home to our warm and cosy cottage. It’s in a great location with parking very close by. We will definitely return.
We had a fab week away when we stayed at ‘Anchor at the bay’. The cottage was gorgeous and had everything you could ever need. The patio doors opened onto a lovely grassed area for quickly letting the dog onto but 5 minutes round the corner was the wildflower meadow and the lake that we walked round too. Beach access was great. We also did archery which was great fun even though it got a bit competitive . Highly recommend Anthony and Anchor Bay Holidays
Unfortunately I'm a clean freak so my expectations are high. This property just about met my standards but overall was very good. Had everything we needed and husband made a comment that he felt at home straight away in this cosy cottage. The decor was pleasing and we didn't incur any issues which is great. Would definitely recommend and we will be back at some point. Excellent communication and updates. Was able to use the facilities from when we arrived too.

Wonderful cottage and feels very large,almost like this 2 bed should of been a 3 bed.Home from home and everything you could wish for.Smart tv to setlle down at night in this warm special place,the bay filey really is wonderful place to visit,Would definately stay at Puddle Duck again.
Shell cottage is a great place to stay family run home .it's a credit to the family. Located so near to filey. Scarbados. Brid . Anthony from anchor bay holiday s is so professional and down to earth always there to help . Highly recommend ABH. And she'll cottage. We will be back next year .
Our second stay in Arthur’s Retreat. Cottage is very clean and comfortable. Everything you need in the kitchen if wanting to eat in, Beds very comfortable as is the lounge furniture. Can’t fault anything other than could do with a mirror at a slightly lower height. At 5ft 2 can only see the top of my head. This is just a personal remark and not a criticism of the lovely cottage. Anthony was very professional and helpful with ou booking.
We are regulars to the Bay and have stayed in several of the large properties now. First time at Ocean Retreat and what a fabulous house. Ocean retreat has everything you need! Plenty of space, very tastefully decorated and the Christmas decorations were a lovely touch. It has very comfortable beds, kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of crockery etc (heads up no colander though). House is in a nice quiet spot, I have knocked 1 star off for location as personally prefer to be at the other end closer to the beach, but it certainly wouldn't put me off returning. Booked for the first time 3 nights away with Anchor Bay Holidays and stayed at Blue Anchor House. From the start the service was excellent with being kept up to date with everything via email with comprehensive details of everything to do with the house, village and area. When arriving the property was exactly as expected, clean, tidy and comfortable with fresh bedding and towels and everything you would need. This is the 4th time we have stayed at Nantucket and it has always been clean and well appointed and the owners have installed a new bathroom recently. Based in a quiet area of the complex which is ideal for us. The facilities at Anchor Bay are good with the pub and restaurant a short walk away. It is an ideal location as a base to explore this area of Yorkshire. We will certainly book this cottage again in the future
The property was clean and well presented, we couldn’t think of anything more that could have been in the lodge. In a nice quiet position but close enough to all amenities.

There was 4 adults and 2 children. We had a lovely weekend at Dragonfly Cottage. It is situated on the first road as you enter the site. It has great size bedrooms with 2 double and twin bedrooms also bunk beds with a single. All Very clean. The kitchen is a good size with two fridges. Which is very handy. The lounge is probably the only thing I would say is slightly small for the furniture but the three settee's are needed for the amount of people it sleeps. Our first time to Filey and the cottage and it won’t be the last. From booking to arrival all the information was provided promptly and allowed a seamless arrival and stay. Cottage itself was clean, tidy and equipped with everything you’d need for a relaxing stay with WiFi connection easy. Location was superb with a short 5/10 stroll to the beach and then 15 into Filey via the beach with great walks and fish n chips. Fab cottage stayed over Christmas 2024. The owners had decorated for xmas . Located great for leisure facilities & access to the beach. Super dog friendly too.
Excellent break in Oyster Cottage stayed there several times first time no lodges on the meadow love it more everything.
We had a short but comfortable stay at Bluebell Cottage. Its homely and has good access to the beach. Only things I can recommend for better is it to have it deep cleaned before next visitor.
Can't fault anything from start to finish there was excellent communication and guidance from AB holidays with details on how to enjoy the sandcastle, perfect spot with ample nearby spots for parking. Great facilities on site, didn't use the gym or pool on this visit as recently broke my wrist so had an arm cast on. Luckily my sister and her family were in a close by house and supported me and my daughter with transport and daily outings. Lovely weather which always helps. The stay in sea renity was great every thing you needed Was there but the dish washer was full of dishes and we had no welcome pack but that did not spoil are stay .but when we went to John Paul pub they have changed we’re you can sit with your dog in stead of sitting at the back of the restaurant you are sat in a small corner near the bar and kitchen make it not a nice relaxing experience which was part of the holiday instead it made you not want to be there also all the tables have a reserved sigh on them so this makes you think there is no we’re to sit we went in at 4oclock to see all table...more

Having stayed at the Bay, Filey on a number of previous occasions I already knew that the location was perfect for visiting the East Coast resorts. New England Cottage was easily located and tge adjacent car parking was perfect! The cottage was well equipped with everything we needed. It is very spacious and was clean and well looked after. An en-suite plus a family bathroom, also a downstairs cloakroom, was great with 4 adults occupying the property during our stay! Great place to stay, immaculately clean, has all that you need for an enjoyable stay. Just one thing leave the outside light on in winter for check in difficult to see key box numbers in the dark!
The resort is amazing . The communal areas are immaculate and the site has everything you need for a family holiday . The lodge on the lake was much nicer than anticipated. Very comfortable, even in January . Perfect location for the dogs as the meadow was next door . The only downsides were the newly laid hardcore on the road which made it difficult to keep the floors clean in the lodge and in the cars and the glass cabinet in the lodge that my elderly dog kept walking into . We stayed at Bay Dream for Christmas 2024. The cottage was very clean, spacious and warm. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans to cook our Christmas dinner, with a tassimo coffee machine, (take your own coffee pods); teabags, coffee and sugar were provided. The 2 bedrooms were spacious with comfy beds, and plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. There was plenty of parking available around the cottage. We have just returned from a lovely 4 night stay over Christmas. We have stayed at The Bay many times but this was our first time at this property. The downstairs rooms were perfect for our party. Great kitchen, I managed to cook Christmas lunch & having a full fridge/freezer was a massive help. The lounge area was big! Perfect for the 5 of us. The Christmas tree was lovely & even matched the decor. All open plan too, so no being locked away in the kitchen which was just brilliant. Anchors view is a stunning, large, family friendly property that provided everything we needed for a weekend away with our daughters and their partners, as well as our Cockapoo Bella. The space allowed us to be together without living on top of each other, and the site facilities, along with proximity to the beach meant everything we needed was walking distance. This place was so good in the winter we've booked up for a week in the summer, but making sure we stay in the same place. Highly recommended

We have just returned from a wonderful weekend away staying at Walkers Way.From the moment we stepped through the door, the property was warm, and exceptionally clean. It met all of our needs, and the kitchen equipment was second to none, “it’s the best one yet” (we have been using The Bay for many years)
Exceptionally well presented, fittings of highest standard. Perfect for four. Small living room. We enjoyed our time here -grandchildren used pool, arcade , tennis court. Played boules outside the cottage. Would definitely return to the bay and this cottage but if more than four of us we would book a 3 bed next time.
Excellent lodge with everything you need for a lovely break at the east coast. We visit Trinity House regularly and have never been disappointed. It’s always spotlessly clean. There are board games to play. A TV with a dvd player. A radio. Plenty of storage in the bedrooms. Both the showers are powerful. There is information for the local area and takeaway menus. The local pub onsite, the John Paul Jones welcomes dogs and has a good selection of beer, lager, cider wines and spirits. The food is what you would expect from a pub. And we’ve never had bad food from there.
Had a brilliant 3 night stay in January. The house is well equipped with everything we needed. Clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. Great location! Already looking to return!
Lovely cottage, clean and comfortable. Very well equipped. We stayed with 7 adults, a 4 year old and a baby and there was plenty of space for everyone. The cottage was decorated for Christmas. There is no designated parking, however, there is a carpark very near by. Would not hesitate to stay again.

We had a lovely time in this apartment. Very clean and comfortable. It was a bit tight with the sofa bed out but we were aware of that. It could do with a non slip mat for the bath just in case!! There wasn't too much crockery etc so we did have to keep putting the dishwasher on but otherwise everything was great and we would recommend a stay here as it was close to all the amenities. A lovely little apartment and very clean.
Well maintained clean site close to the beach, very clean holiday home and decent site facilities, the pubs a bit dear and a proper coffee shop i think would be popular with cakes and danish etc..

Lovely cosy cottage. Well equipped with all home comforts. Excellently located (especially for reduced mobility holidaymakers) as the patio doors lead over the grass to the path to the beach. Looking forward to staying again.
