This is our second stay at the lodges, the location is perfect for getting away and enjoying the countryside and nature. The lodge overlooks the loch and is ideal for spotting the local wide life and the walk down the track to the village provides peace and reflection with the babbling brook for company. The lodge has everything you could wish for, the beds are really comfy and the hot tub is great for unwinding and watching the various bird life. A wonderful place to stay
The location, and the lodge were idyllic. Fiona, the owner introduced herself and made sure we knew she was available should we need. Back to the actual location, the lodge was on the edge of a loch which had many ducks and geese. To sit in the hot tub at night just watching, in the quiet, it was heaven. The lodge itself was immaculate and had lovely furniture. There was everything you could imagine in the kitchen. I would go back tomorrow if I could. We will definitely be returning. First class.
Our stay was tranquil, peaceful and completely undisturbed, precisely the quiet and away-from-it-all break we were seeking. The expansive views across the lake to the hills beyond were idyllic. In addition to the swans and ducks, we saw heron, kingfisher and a red kite using the lake, right in front of us, from the lounge patio doors. The decor was top quality and the welcome package, including a dozen pink roses, was very much appreciated.
Second stay at Bengairn. Very comfortable and relaxing property. Amongst the best self catering properties we have stayed in. Excellent.
