The farmhouse property was perfect and surrounded by a beautiful garden. Spacious, clean & comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we liked the separate toilet and bathroom. The property was in an ideal position for us to visit the Trossachs and Stirling Castle.
We stayed for a long weekend in April. The house was wonderful - clean and well kitted out. Fantastic location for walking. The local towns and villages are very nice and welcoming to tourists.
We had a very warm welcome and enjoyed our stay very much. The cottage was fully equipped, we missed nothing at all. The location is perfect for visiting for example Loch Lomond, Glasgow, Stirling, Falkirk. Even Edinburgh is within reasonable distance for a day trip. Would we recommend Loaninghead? Would be book again? Definitely yes!
