My wife and I stayed at the Hawthorn pod for a rare weekend away from the children. I literally can not express enough how much we enjoyed our stay. When we first drove upto the pod we thought it looked very small but when we got inside it was surprisingly spacious, with everything you would need and more. The pod was so nice and relaxing and the hot tub was amazing (despite the weather) we loved walking around the grounds and meeting all the animals. We have stayed twice at the Capercaillie with our family and we all love it! The kids enjoy walking round the farm and feeding the animals every day. We have such a relaxing time in the hot tub and just enjoy the comfort of this beautiful house!
We all had a lovely stay, very peaceful and had everything we needed! The welcome bag was full of great goodies!
Had a fab time in my wee pod! There was everything I needed for my stay. Plus a much appreciated welcome pack. The pod is neat, clean and very cosy. The view of the sunrise from your window is a great way to start the day! And you can't beat ending it watching the stars from the hot tub. There are great paths to walk along around the farm and meet all the animals.
Had a wonderful peaceful time staying here. It was just what the doctor ordered ! The place was spotless on arrival and Damien as always is on hand to answer any questions you may have. The peace and tranquility stunning views fabulous sunrises and sunsets - what’s not to like - especially viewed from the lovely hot tub. This was the first time I’ve stayed at The Buchanan and first time with family (usually go with friends to Capercaillie). February 2023 We are back again and had a fantastic time. Everything is clean, tidy and immaculate. Damian was very helpful. Thank you. The Ramsey We have stayed at Airhouses for 7 nights usually October and February for approximately the past 5 years with our two dogs and the place is always immaculate. The hot tub is checked twice daily and emptied when you leave. The kitchen is well equipped. The utility has an additional fridge freezer and washer. Lovely quiet place to stay. Quite secluded but also easy to get to with nice walks around the farm and local area. Very peaceful at night with no light pollution nearby. Hot tub was in a perfect spot with nice clear views while still being private. The lodge was comfortable, warm and well equipped. The small honesty shop was nice to have a available also.
