Five properties set amongst 633 acres of farmland with stunning views to the Lammermuir Hills. Each property has its own outside hot tub, all have ensuite bathrooms.. The Lodge sleeps 2, The Ramsay sleeps 4, The Lamont and The Buchanan both sleep 6 and the Capercaillie sleeps 10. All properties are within walking distance of each other. Many couples enjoy plenty of space so there is a special price for just 2 people in the larger properties. There are lots of walks, treasure trail, puzzle trail, jogging route, woods to explore on the doorstep. The area is renowned for walking, cycling, golf, and fishing. Edinburgh is a half hour away as is the Coast. The Scottish Borders itself has a lot to offer the visitor as well.
Airhouses is the perfect place to unwind. It is one of Scotland's undiscovered gems with a quiet beauty which changes with the Seasons.
We had a fabulous time in the Hawthorn Pod! Was absolutely spotless and had everything you would need and more! Very hi-tech and really a joy to stay in. It ticked all the boxes. Very peaceful and relaxing. Staff were super friendly and nothing was a bother. Would definitely recommend and will return.
This was our third stay at Airhouses and it was perfect. From start to finish we could not fault a thing.
When we arrived, it was spotless and Capercaillie had been decorated since the last time we were there, so it looks fantastic. Damian was there to greet us and, as always, was very friendly and helpful for the duration of our stay, as were all the people we came in contact with.
This is a great place for all ages and I cannot recommend it enough - it’s worth every penny. Thank you all so much.
Just returned from another stay at Airhouses. Fantastic location, beautiful views and lovely walks. A stroll up to the little larder to pick up anything you might have forgotten is a pleasure stopping to chat with all the animals on route and sharing a handful of feed. Jumping in that hot tub early morning, mid afternoon and in the evening is bliss even with the outside temperature plummeting amid storm Isha.
The hot tubs are so well maintained by Damien, as are the lodges and the farm it really was a pleasure to be back.
We love going to Airhouses and have done so for 8 years. As dog lovers there is a dedicated secure meadow for our dogs to run free in. The views are stunning and visible from every window. The level of cleanliness is excellent. The hot tub is checked daily and empted when you leave and re-filled with fresh water for the next guests.
This was our 1st time at Airhouse and we were blown away. The Buchanan was everything we expected and more. The views were breathtaking. The cleanliness was 2nd to none. The kitchen was very well equipped, usually you are only supplied with 6 plates 6 cups etc..... but there was plenty of crockery and cutlery, you could have all your meals and put the dishwasher on at the end of the day none of this washing after every meal. The Hot Tub was huge and the views from the hot tub were amazing this was well used on our stay. The grandchildren loved going ro pet and feed the animals. Wifi signal was...more
Having checked in using the code provided we were both surprised and delighted to also get a warm personal welcome.
The cabin was super clean (5*'s are not enough!), toasty warm and really comfortable.
We made us of their webordering service after we had arrived ... the order was delivered 15mins later!
Great place to wander the tracks with plenty of interesting animals to entertain young and old alike...
We had a fantastic 3 night stay at the Airhouses. The pods are cosy and beautifully clean and the customer service is great. The surroundings are stunning with beautiful walks and wildlife and even in winter, relaxing in the hot tub with the snow falling, perfect. We’ll definitely be back again.
