I booked the Hayloft, Swallows and the Stables for a close family reunion - 17 of us in total with ages ranging from 7 to 70. This place was just perfect for us in terms of space, tranquility and amenities for the youngsters (and elders)! The two games rooms and the tennis court were a huge bonus and we were able to all eat together in the Hayloft which has a large living, dining, kitchen space. The owners were accessible and extremely helpful (one of our group locked themselves out and this was sorted instantly!) We hope to return maybe to be able to make use of the swimming pool next time.
We stayed in Swallows and Pond as a family. Pond lounge was set up as a dining room for us and Swallows as somewhere that we could all sit. The bedrooms were set up exactly as requested. We had a really great stay.
As always, a pleasure from start to finish. Easy and friendly booking process, clean and welcoming cottage and a beautiful sanctuary in which to relax - or, in the case of our children, to hang out in the games rooms! The team do a fab job of balancing dog-friendliness with the needs of other guests and horse owners, and it is easy to mix with those staying in other cottages or equally to have privacy. We stupidly left our bike helmets, but the team found them and returned them to us - so helpful and kind. Thank you all - we will be back!

An amazing place with excellent facilities (games rooms x2, play area etc), loads of space inside and out and some lovely old buildings. We'll be back!
Friendly welcome, cosy comfortable cottage,lots of dog walks from the front door, plenty for everyone to do, whatever the weather!
This is the second time we have used this accomadation . Everything is fine in tip top condition and the host provided everything need for our weekend We will be back to stay again later on in the year and the next Many Thanks Dave Gwen and Venitia
The accommodation is a short drive or bus from Norwich. We were in Swallows Cottage and had more than enough space for 8 adults. The furnishings were clean and comfortable. The kitchen had a washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge has a TV and a fireplace, with wood provided. We only brought our own soap, cooking oil and food ingredients. Jack was very responsive whenever we had any questions or requests. I would highly recommend this accommodation and will return in the future.
