Ericht Holiday Lodges enjoy a truly blessed location in the friendly and bustling market town of Blairgowrie. Our Six cosy lodges sit above the River Ericht in a secluded woodland setting and yet are only an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of town.A great variety of independent shops, restaurants and pubs await you in our friendly and welcoming town with all the added convenience of banks, garages and supermarkets. Blairgowrie is the Gateway to the Cairngorm National Park and Scotland's largest Ski resort at Glenshee. An excellent base for touring Scotland's finest attractions.
Had a fabulous time here with my 11-year-old daughter. We took advantage of a dry day to do a 2hr walk around Blairgowrie countryside (the Knockie) and also did visits to Perth and Dundee, which are both about 30mins drive away. The location of the lodge is perfect for both cities. Very handily there is also a Tesco, Lidl, Home Bargains and Starbucks within 10mins drive of where we were staying too so you can easily stock up on supplies without having to transport them all with you from home. As for the lodge itself, it was very clean, a great size, had everything we needed, wifi worked great....more
From the initial welcome from Kay to leaving we felt looked after . Lodge was in an idyllic location with the sound of the river just behind us . Close to shops and restaurants and we felt very relaxed when we left . Will be back thanks Kay and team
Lodges are well equipped for all your needs , not too far from shops and restaurants ,Was a bit disappointed as the host of the lodges never came near us too ask if everything was okay .
Stayed 4 nights in Isla lodge. Everything was perfect: Kay's welcome, the spotlessly clean, excellently equipped and cosy lodge, the quiet but easily walkable to town location and the birds and squirrels who were enticed to the lodge for us to observe by well-stocked feeders.
Everything you could need close to all amenities and a beautiful river runs alongside.
The lodge is comfy and all needs are supplied except food of course.
This was the second visit for me so it shows the confidence I had in the holiday cottage.
Kay and her family are so friendly and accommodating and made us feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble! The location is lovely with the river in the background although the weather wasn’t too kind to us! Particularly liked the use of environmental products available and able to recycle our rubbish. We will definitely be back!
