We had a really lovely time staying at this property. It felt welcoming from the moment we arrived and was a great place to relax. The decor was really nice and added to the overall feel of the space. The location was excellent, being close to the centre and making it easy to get around and explore. Everything we needed was within easy reach which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall a great experience and we would definitely stay again.

absolutely excellent stay here. Great proximity to city centre but still quiet and private. The host is very responsive and the instructions to find/get in the apartment were clear and concise. Unfortunately the WiFi was down during our stay but the host made me aware of this beforehand and reimbursed me for the public paid WiFi instantly upon check out. overall a 5* star stay and I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for somewhere great to stay in york.
Great location with only a few minutes walk into the city, the views of the minster are stunning and the apartment was very clean with comfy beds.

Very good apartment, a short walk from the centre of York. Everything we needed for our stay, comfortable beds and a good shower with toiletries. The kitchen had a supply of tea, coffee, sugar and milk in sachets which was very useful. Overall very pleased with the accommodation.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment and would definitely recommend it. The complex is really attractive and well looked after, and the location is fantastic. It's an easy walk from the train station and close enough to York city centre to explore everything on foot, while still feeling peaceful and quiet. We had a really lovely time staying at Hudson 5. The property is beautifully decorated and feels very welcoming as soon as you arrive. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our stay. The location was also a big plus, being so close to the centre and within easy reach of shops, restaurants, and everything we needed. It was the perfect base for exploring the area. Overall we had a great experience and would happily stay here again.

A beautiful place to stay and extremely clean and tidy. The location was perfect as well as it was away from the city noise but close enough for us to commute each day.
We had a great stay. The location was great. My suggestions for improvement to receive excellent for all areas. We used the cooker which was in need of cleaning. only small oven for a property serving so many. The front of the property would benefit from a lick of paint. The carpets in the house are in need of cleaning. Not too bad in the bedrooms but the stairs need attention. All this said I would stay here again and for a party room it’s perfect.

The location was perfect, right in the city centre but not too close to the noisy bars, the house was clean and well appointed. Would recommend.

The development in which the apartment is located is attractive and a few minutes walk from the city centre. The accommodation is comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped, apart from the lack of a corkscrew. However, there were dirty saucepans in the cupboard and one had a handle so loose that it would have been dangerous to use. In addition, the instructions for the cooker in the flat were for another appliance The spout on the kitchen sink tap frequently separated from the base causing a fountain of water to flood the draining board and the windowsill behind the sink. We had such a lovely stay at this apartment. The location couldn't have been better. It was only a short walk to York Minster and right in the heart of the city, with plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants nearby. Everything was so easy to get to, which made exploring York really enjoyable. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was well equipped, cosy and felt really welcoming. We instantly felt at home and would happily stay here again the next time we visit York. Highly recommend.
Great place, lovely outdoor space too. We had a really comfortable stay and loved the peaceful setting, great that theres a big driveway especially if you're coming with a few people.
Wow !! these lodges are something else. We had the best stay at Oakwood Lodges. Easy check in and the view from the hot tub was stunning looking over the lake with lots of birds and wildlife. We will be returning for sure!

Have stayed in the Kings a few times. Lovely clean apartment with everything you need for your stay. Excellent location, right in the middle of the city centre. There was a problem with the boiler, no hot water on the first morning. Office staff were excellent and problem was fixed within a couple of hours. Booked to stay again next month
The apartment was as described. Clean, comfortable and convenient as only 10-15 mins walk to town. There are a couple of things that could be improved. Firstly, the living / dining /kitchen area could do with a roller blind as the sun was pouring into that room for half the day and it was uncomfortably hot in there. Secondly, the bins had not been emptied prior to our check-in and we arrived after 6pm so there was ample time to turn over the apartment. This property was fantastic .The garden and hot tub area is fab, so much space. We booked the house plus the stable rooms. the property was very clean and check in was really easy . Ample parking for 6 cars. Highly recommend a stay here

Great city centre location with parking. Property was as shown on pictures and had plenty of amenities although could of used a few more spare toilet rolls for our stay with 5 occupants. We requested an early check in the evening before as per instructions as dependent on the previous booking and were told we could check in from 12, no charge which was great. Clear instructions sent about how to find the property/parking and how to self check in/out. Overall great experience would stay here again.

We stayed for two nights in the Oakwood lodge…. Big mistake….. I wish we would have booked longer, we did not want to come home. The lodge is absolutely beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. Smart tv, WiFi air fryer, it’s a home away from home. The hot tub is under cover for all wethers, it was clean and never lost its heat. There is an added bonus of a projector and screen too so you can relax in the tub while watching your favourite programme. If you’re thinking of booking here do it you won’t be disappointed!! Having made a late booking we were delighted with the fast response from the host, Claire. The accommodation was clean, tidy and cosy on arrival. It was well equipped and spacious. We stayed for 4 nights and had dinner in the local pubs, all of which were friendly and great food. Our accommodation was handy to York, so great for getting around. We will be returning again in April and have booked to stay again with York Boutique Lets. Both Claire and Jo were exceptionally helpful.

We travelled as as a party of 4, 2 mums with kids for 3 nights during half term. The property was ideally located for walking to all the York sights - and we easily walked to and from the train station with a wheelie bag. The apartment felt really secure and had every amenity you’d need for cooking should you wish to. Loads of restaurants within walking distance. Great value for money and perfect for putting the kids to bed and being able to sit and chill with a glass of wine. Great communication with the hosts, have already recommended York Boutique Lets to friends.
Henry Court Apartment 1 is compact but very well laid out and has everything we need even for long stays. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac off the main street of Acomb, 10 minutes walk from Morrison's and just 20 minutes by bus from York. The number one bus to the centre of York stops almost outside. We have stayed there many times and it is our accommodation of choice when we are in York.
Loved it - relaxing with loads for the little one to do - fire pit / pool / darts / hot tub. Loads of wildlife - hedgehogs / heron / moorhens / ducks / rabbits / etc. Really good relaxing weekend.
This lodge defo has the wow factor, the pool table was a big hit and the big projector screen, plenty to do for our break that we didnt need to leave the site.
This comfortable flat is right in the heart of the city and exactly where we wanted to be to see the sights, eat out and generally have a fantastic break. Thoroughly recommended
