We had the absolute pleasure of hosting our wedding at Pekes House, and it was everything we dreamed of and more. The venue is a charmed, oldy-worldy gem — full of character, beauty, and a magical atmosphere that made our day feel truly special. A huge shout-out to Amy, who was incredible throughout the entire process. She went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly, and her warm, helpful nature made us feel completely at ease. We stayed to celebrate by sister’s 50th Birthday and there were 19 of us. We had a fabulous time and the house was all we could have wished for. We had a relaxing time and enjoyed the beautiful grounds in the sunshine playing cricket. The pool and jacuzzi was a welcome treat also. The layout of the house meant we didn’t feel crowded. The kitchen was amazing and had all we needed once we got the hang of the aga. There was a heating issue which was fixed immediately the facilties manager was very helpful. Everything about our stay was amazing. Cleanliness, facilities, the communication beforehand and after. Would recommend it for a party, family get together. Will definitely be returning.

We stayed in the Oast House for 4 nights as a large family group. We ranged from 18 months - 73 and there was something for everyone. It was beautiful, quiet, peaceful. The house was spacious and no one felt on top of each other. We met some of the staff who worked on the Estate and they could not have been nicer. Everyone was flexible when we asked to check out an hour later. The pool was warm - it is a walk from the house though so bring flip flops and a coat!! The local area had a great pub, but you could easily just stay on site and make use of the spa, tennis, pool etc. House had ever...more
