Everything very enjoyable cottage very comfortable . Coffee machine not working. Would have liked a hot tub
I was only in this delightful cottage for 12 hours as took poorly and taken to hospital, but the staff have been superb with my wife and family as always. The cottage is superb, with exceptional fittings, and we could not fault it at all. The setting of the cottage is beautiful, with a great view of the surrounding countryside. A superb place for a couple to stay for a break. Thanks to the staff again. We have stayed in various cottages in this complex over the years and cannot recommend them enough as they are all excellent.
I went here with my friends for a long weekend. It was our first visit and we will definitely be back. The cottage was huge it had so much room, especially downstairs. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. Spotlessly clean on arrival too. The hot tub in the garden was a bonus. Peaceful and lovely views all around. The family and staff that run Ribble Valley are so lovely and friendly. We felt right at home. We booked the pool and spa ...one word Heaven ❤️a must if you visit. Same goes for the massages we all had too. It was a short walk to Stydd Gardens.. this was like a hidde...more
Everything perfect, stayed a few years ago, pleased that it was just as good and obviously kept on top of, as nothing felt tired. Well equipped, everything you could need. Very useful all rooms being en suite. Hot tub added bonus, will definitely return.
This is a beautiful house for a family get away. There is more than enough space for all guests, the bedrooms are spacious with multiple beds in which is ideal if you have children. The bathrooms are all very spacious and there is an en-suite in most bedrooms. All the facilities you need are available and there is a massive garden. We couldn’t fault our stay.
I stayed here with my parents for a few nights, my mom being 81 and in a wheelchair. We found everything to be great for her, lots of space to move around, especially in the bedrooms, and the disabled en suite was very good with wet room shower. The only thing we put down as a suggestion was a rise and recline armchair for the lounge. This would have meant she could have sat in more comfort instead of staying in the wheelchair. We managed to help her onto the sofa but it took 2 of us as it's quite low. I used the hot tub which was really lovely and in it's own private back garden. Robes were p...more
Me & my partner enjoyed a few days at dinkley cottage, it was a lovely and peaceful area. We didn’t need to contact the staff during our time but all the information prior to arriving about the facilities and the local area was good. Some parts of the cottage are a little outdated but nothing major, the tv is a “smart” tv but the internet was not good enough to load any apps, there are dvds including but it would be great to be able to use the smart tv. The hot tub/cover is quite worn. Overall the stay was great and would visit again & recommend to friends/family.
We usually have a week in Bailey cottage, but it was booked, so 3 of our family stayed here whilst the rest went to Woodpecker. The cottage was excellent as always, and the staff great. Weather could have been better, but the hot tub os a great distraction against the rain. Have stayed in many of the cottages and cannot fault any of them, and would recommend them to anyone. Love the new 1 bedroom cottages, great for a couple to spend a weekend away.
Peaceful big house for our family crowd Rooms all had en-suite Spacious Great hot tub Warm Everything we needed
Had a magical break with family for a wedding at Hidden Oaks. The cottage was much bigger than expected and the garden with hot tub overlooking the countryside was very relaxing. Lots of interesting walks, history and lovely places to eat in nearby Ribchester
This is the second time we have stayed in this cottage It really is a beautiful place. Everything you need and more. Can't wait to organise another stay here.
A brief but relaxing stay. All you need for an enjoyable break away. Clean, warm and welcoming. Loved watching the wildlife, birds and squirrels, lovely. Would just say though that it took a while to get the place warm as the weather had taken a cold snap but once cosy it was lovely.
Another lovely stay with you. There were 16 of us, so the house was full. Plenty of space for everyone to do their own thing. The only thing we struggled with was just the one fridge, for 16 people. Two would be ideal. Our first time at Woodfield Farm. The location isn't as good as the other small complex near to Stydd Gardens, but the restaurants nearby were excellent. We would definitely come back and wouldn't hesitate to recommend your holiday homes.
