We had the most incredible stay at Tina’s apartment. From the outside we were actually a bit anxious as some of the other apartment / hotels are run down but the minute you step foot through the door you can see how much time effort and care has been put into your stay. We stayed in the beautiful anchors away apartment and we were devastated to leave. Tina helped us with the booking discount code as well and applied it even though we forgot to. We had a lovely week in Mill Cottage. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Perfect location for visiting Brixham, Paignton, Torquay area. We would highly recommend. Thank you all.
single bedrooms bathroom the toilet seat is missing 2 feet on base of seat therefore seat is sliding when you sit down. shower in main bedroom not working properly when it gets up to temperature water dribbles out. other than these 2 problems everything else is faultless

We only had one night at Rose Cottage however we wished we could have stayed longer. Beautifully furnished and more spacious than we imagined. Great to have 2 bathrooms too - real bonus. Kitchen and lounge areas were perfect. Beds were also really comfortable and we were amazed how quiet it was considering it was attached to other properties. All in all a real gem of a cottage in a really pretty village.

This was our 8th visit to this apartment since 2021, and I've already booked the same week for next year. It's just somewhere that ticks every box - parking (a big thing for me, as we drive 3.5 - 4 hours to get to Paignton), a sea-view, a kitchen so we can please ourselves breakfast-wise or eat a takeaway in comfort if we don't fancy eating out, it's clean and nicely decorated, but best of all it's close (2mins to 5mins walk) to literally everything - harbour (get the Dart Princess ferry to Brixham or Torquay, or do the sunset cruise or go mackerel fishing), bus station (get a £6.00 day ticket...more
This is the 3rd time we have stayed and we have loved it every time. The location is perfect, a short walk to the beach, shops, amusement and restaurants. The salty dog apartment was clean and we felt very much at home. Hosts communicated well and we had the code to get in with plenty of time before our arrival. We will be back for sure.
Excellent holiday cottage in every way! We will certainly be back….huge family space which was ideal for us along with a lovely garden area, great kitchen and endless breakout space.
The only reason for the lower condition rating is the visible mould around the master bedroom window which needs remediation. The new wooden wardrobe in that room is currently unusable due to a strong musty smell. Aside from this, the barn is beautifully presented with many thoughtful details. The automated wooden gates provide access to private and ample parking, and the property is surrounded by open fields. Just outside the cottage there is a wooden table positioned to take in the impressive views, creating an idyllic setting to wake up to with rolling hills, sheep and horses in sight. ...more
Marldon village is a lovely quiet area which is easily accessible to Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. Daisy cottage was very comfortable, clean and well equipped.
We had enjoyable stay in Paignton and the apartment was well situated for our break, there was only one problem and that was the size of the hand basin in the bathroom. There was outside noise problems beyond anyones control boy racers reving their cars late into the night and the workmen setting up the site opposite starting work at 6-30 am
Had a great week at Sunny Beach apartments. The flat was very well equipped, one negative, if l have to mention it, is the flooring by the kitchen sink is really noisy when you stand on it, and we were always worried about disturbing anyone below us! Apart from that, great location, big sized bathroom and great welcome notes on the mini iPad.
The location and size of this apartment was perfect for us. It was decorated nicely, neat and tidy. For working remotely for a week it was good but if I was staying for longer, I would have preferred to have better working conditions. I worked using the kitchen table as my work desk which then couldn't be used for dining. Also the cooking possibilities were limited as the kitchen is small and therefore can't have too many bowls or utensils (for example there is no whisk or chopping boards). But if you are on a holiday and mostly eat out, then it's all good.
Lovely apartment. Really well laid out. Everything that you need is there and always so clean. Stayed before and will definitely stay again.
Very enjoyable stay, right on the sea front but quiet. Accommodation clean, modern and roomy. It was heatwave conditions when we were there and an AC unit would have been welcomed. However we did have a fan, which in normal conditions would have been adequate. Highly recommended.
Lovely week stay in this cosy family and dog friendly property. Perfect location to explore the whole of Cornwall from a quiet restful base. Especially loved the window seat for a lovely evening read/morning coffee with a gorgeous view. Very minor areas for improvement was that the doors all slam shut very easily (being fire doors).

Do not stay here if you're a little on the large size (over size 18?) or shorter than 6ft tall. The kitchen cupboards are so high we could not reach china etc on the top shelf and yes I am a little on the large size (size 24) and to get to the loo the passage way is so narrow that I had to walk sideways like a crab! otherwise the apartment is fine, decor and fittings are really lovely and the use of space has been well designed. We were very glad that the windows opened really wide as the weather was so hot and humid that they were open all the time we were in the apartment. All in all we had...more
