Celebrated my birthday with my family and we had wonderful time, the barn is immaculate and spacious and very well equipped and the views over the South Downs are stunning
Thanks so much to Rob for a fantastic stay at the Farmyard (32). We were a family of 22 who came together for 3 nights for a big event. The customer service and venue could not have been better. Highly recommend.
We were looking for a quiet, relaxing break that allowed us to visit the New Forest & boy did this deliver. The location was so peaceful and less than an hour from the New Forest. The treehouse was a wonderful base to enjoy our breakfasts while watching deer & rabbits. We even had dinner at the treehouse on one night, we couldn't get enough of it!
I think this is the right time I have stayed at Wheatricks now and it is as always a fantastic quiet stay. Clean and well kept. Rob as ever very quick to respond to any queries. I would definitely recommend and will be staying again if available.
We loved our weekend in Longhorn; it was so peaceful and relaxing there. It is cosy and comfortable despite only being a small lodge. A great place to take in the wonderful countryside views and watch the wildlife, especially the squirrels who come to collect acorns morning and night.
Myself and my two sisters had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Orchard Barn. The Barn was everything we needed and more. A beautiful room each with our own bathrooms, great open plan living area which opened out onto a patio with an amazing view. The view from the top bedroom was stunning. It was the hottest day of the year yet we kept cool as fans had been provided in all rooms. We did not leave the premises as there was no need. We had everything we came for to enjoy our break together. We will return.
We stayed for 2 nights and visited a local winery - Hambledon, for lunch too. It was a great place to use as a base for going off and doing things including walking. Bright, airy and perfect for 2 couples.
Great stay at Barrow Hill barns would highly recommend staying here. Lots of space inside the house and outside for the kids to run around. Really well equipped houses.
Redgates is a beautiful one bedroom barn on the Barrow Hill farm. It was everything you could wish for, near to shopping, eateries and fantastic countryside. I highly recommend it.
Our 5th year in a row at Barrow Hill Barns, we keep coming back! The accommodation is fantastic with luxury combined with rural charm and amazing views from each window. As our kids get old with each visit, our hikes get a little more challenging, this year we tackled Buster Hill with our 6 year old. Lots of lovely local pubs and villages to explore. The Barns are really well run, with Rob on hand to provide assistance and local knowledge on all the farming activity taking place day by day. Highly recommended for a extended stay (we were there this year for 6 nights) or a weekend retreat.
We booked two of the 2 bedroom barns for our family, Farlass and Long Meadow which are next to each other. They were very comfortable and spacious. Comfortable indoor and outdoor eating spaces with a beautiful outlook to the countryside. Comfortable beds, good bathrooms and plenty of kitchen items to cook your own meals. We liked it so much we've booked to come again same time next year.
We love staying in Holstocks with our dog. It's quiet, private, clean and well equipped with great facilities. Everything you could need is provided but if anything is needed Rob is always on hand to provide it. We can't wait to go back next year!
We enjoyed a super relaxing 4 night stay at The Hide. Enjoyed exploring the local area (Winchester, Portsmouth historic dock, Lymington & Buckler’s Hard). Morning bathing as the sun rose & evenings lounging on the decking watching wildlife in the field below were highlights. Binoculars even provided! Would definitely return to this beautiful, private property. Thank you!
