An immaculate property. Its quiet position made a very relaxing break. Lovely walks on the doorstep and will return soon.
Just perfect definitely the best property we’ve ever stayed in Immaculate and so tastefully finished A five star wow. !!!
This is our umpteenth visit to Oughtershaw Hall and, again, we were not disappointed. This time our pre-Christmas No Tinsel week was as good as ever. Such a comfortable place to stay. The walk along the Beck is a little different at this time of year, varying from a mere trickle to a flow resembling the Orinoco - just had to play Enya when we got back into the warmth of the Hall. Our plans for next year are already coming to fruition. Thank you for such lovely accommodation in a truly wonderful part of the country.
This is our second time staying at Driftwood. We love everything about the cottage. It’s the perfect place to stay in Craster and we feel immediately at home the minute we arrive. So cozy, clean and perfectly equipped with beautiful decor.
Fantastic holiday home, beautifully furnished, brilliant location within easy walking distance of the beach - perfect in every way
Middlerigg is such a gem of a property. Within minutes we felt so at home. The house as every comfort factor you can imagine and the most amazing views from every single window. The living areas really spoil you for choice and the mezzanine is such a unique touch to the place. We cannot wait to return.
We had a lovely long weekend at Tan Llan. The house and grounds are beautiful. The house is comfortable and well equipped. We even enjoyed the open fire thanks to storm Amy! Plenty of parking. Comfortable beds. The only thing I would say is the downstairs toilets could do with more toilet rolls when you're at full capacity as they get used most. We look forward to finding a reason to come back. Thanks
Our first stay at a Catch The Breeze property but definitely not our last. Customer care and what Harbourway delivers to a multi generational family has been five star. Well appointed, spotless and comfy cottage that delivers a perfectly situated base for exploring Northumberland or a cosy bolthole for some quiet downtime.
Everything about this place was even better than we expected- the photos just don’t do it justice. It was booked as a surprise for my wife’s 40th and she was blown away by it. A fantastic property in a perfect location that you just can’t help but totally relax and unwind in. Wie will definitely be back next winter for the walks, the views and peace.
Thank you for allowing us to stay. As always we had a great time and love Craster. There are a few things you might want to know though.... The first floor shower is not sealed 100% at the back.... some water made a patch of damp on the kitchen ceiling. The drains smelled badly on arrival... and drain clearance did help a lot. There was a thought some smell came from the fridge too (inside / behind or under??) The kitchen tap leaks..... left hand faucet. The blind to the left of the front door when facing the door, has been put back together but easily falls apart. We moved a chair down b...more
