We found these lodges 2 years ago, and have returned several times since, such wonderful scenery and just so relaxing, always look forward to returning.
Thank you to James and all the team for making our stay so easy and enjoyable. The layout and facilities at the lodges were just what we wanted. Really appreciate the thought that went into the local guides for places for coffee, shops, things to do etc. Highly recommended and hope to return again soon!
set in a beautiful peaceful location , this lodge is all you could wish for. with its modern facilities and unobstructed views to die for. The town of Gatehouse is pretty and quaint and has multiple choices of tea and coffee houses and 3x excellent pubs. Highly recommended for people who wish to escape the razz mataz of daily hectic life.
If you’re looking for peace and quiet with views to die for, look no further. The whole process from Booking to leaving is seamless, leaving you to chill out. Attention to detail within the property takes some beating. Just book!
Our fourth trip to the lodge which says it all really! I love everything about it, the view, the peace and quiet, the area (loads to do - find something new every year). The lodge itself is perfect, everything you might need is included, it’s comfortable, clean and beautiful! James is great and nothing is too much trouble. It really is my happy place and I’m always very sad to leave it! We’ll be back next year.
