We absolutely loved our stay at Tonkin Cottage. It was a last-minute find and we loved it. Such a peaceful place to stay and the owners were so friendly and welcoming. Fresh eggs every morning was such a nice touch and the cottage itself was spotlessly clean, cosy and had everything you could need. It’s also in such a brilliant location with so many lovely places nearby to visit. We would definitely stay again!
My partner and I made the latest of several visits to Lambriggan at the end of May 2026 and stayed in Heron. We know we will always find a warm welcome, a clean and inviting cottage, and quiet and peaceful surroundings and this time was no different. If you want a "get away from it all' holiday then Lambriggan is your go-to destination. Centrally placed for sightseeing around Cornwall or lots of areas with seating to just 'be'. The little house by the lake is a wonderful place to just sit and quietly contemplate. We do hope that we will be able to visit Lambriggan again before too long...more

Beautiful place with lovely people - always very welcoming. Very peaceful especially in the Summerhouse by the water. Guaranteed to have a fantastic holiday.
We stayed at the beautiful Lambriggan court estate in Wallis Cottage, one of 5 cottages in a courtyard setting. Wallis was spacious, comfortable, well equipped and sympathetically restored with lots of character and every modern convenience you could ask for. The grounds and surroundings are just beautiful and the owners more than generous in encouraging visitors to expore and enjoy everything about their home. We feel like we had found a hidden gem....and we very much hope we can stay there in the future.
