The place was very convenient to visit the south coast of West Sussex. We really enjoyed staying there since the place was clean, charming & very well organized for our family. We had everything needed to feel like we were home. This is a very beautiful Cottage and we were lucky to stay there.

Sea Breezes is an ideal property for a small group of family or friends. There are 4 double bedrooms, 3 of which can be arranged as single beds (bear in mind the single beds are only 2'6" wide). The 2 shower rooms are nice and modern. We loved the decor and the quirky features in the property. The welcome pack and toiletries are a nice bonus. Westfield Place has a huge feeling of space; not only inside, with the high ceilings, grand staircase and large reception rooms and bedrooms, but also in the large lake, lawn and frontage/driveway areas. Lovely mature trees, flora and forna. I recommend a longer stay to really get into and live it.
wow what a lovely property in such lovely settings with friendly owners and there daughter who was there to see everything was fine. property is spacious with lovely views. so handy to visit many places due to the A3 which u can hear a bit if outside but nothing that spoils the beauty of the location. there lots of wildlife like deer and owl if your looking for tapas as a meal then faustinos in Midhurst was lovely and such a wide choice there's supermarket within 10min drive would so stay again if in the area as its easy to reach my mum In Poole
We as a family stay in holiday homes very frequently and this is one of the best experiences we have ever had. The house is very comfortable, beautifully kept and furnished, and is a lovely airy space. It had everything we needed and we enjoyed a very comfortable week. Lewes is a delightful town with lots of beautiful architecture and historical interest, and the house is brilliantly located for the train station and town centre which are both only ten to fifteen minutes walk away. The Boat House is a perfect place to relax with lovely views over the countryside. This was our second stay and would certainly book again.
You can only rate everything with the most stars. The hostess is something you couldn't ask for. It got dark quite early for this time of year. No problem at all; we returned around 4:00 pm, enjoyed a pot of tea in the living room, and felt right at home. The Christmas tree greeted us upon arrival. We felt completely at ease from beginning to end. It certainly won't be our last visit.
Exquisite architecture, floor to ceiling windows allowing superb views of garden and seashore. Furnished with panache. Extremely well appointed kitchen/ pantry/cookers and microwave. Comfortable bedrooms and Exquisite bathrooms.
Fantastic property in a beautiful, quiet location. Facilities excellent with everything supplied being of a very high standard. Hosts lovely, easy going and extremely welcoming and helpful :) 10/10
We booked this spacious and comfortable bungalow for our Christmas break. It was ideally situated to visit sights such as Uppark, Arundel, Petworth, Midhurst, Pulborough and Chichester - all within ,30 minutes drive. We were privileged to attend Christmas Eucharist at Chichester Cathedral which made our Christmas Day. The cottage itself is spacious, warm and well equipped and set in a woodland garden, home to a variety of wildlife especially pheasants, jays and fallow deer. A lovely cottage overlooking Ditchling Beacon. Very comfortable and a spacious property for two. The hosts Chris and Eileen were friendly and informative. Very close to lots of interesting places. Generally well equipped only a minor point could do with an extra small frying pan and a smaller sharp knife. We self catered as well as eating out so noticed this. Had everything else that we needed. A very nice place to stay.
Mayaro was a great cottage to stay in. We booked last minute and Inspire were great at getting it organised, and the welcome pack was lovely to find especially as we booked within 48 hours of arrival. Some owners don't bother anymore which is is shame so it was lovely to find welcome bits. The cottage is lovely and cosy, two good sized bedrooms and the best equipped kitchen I've ever found! It's an annex to the house, but we didn't hear the owners next door - and hopefully we didn't disturb them either. We had a lovely stay in Nicky and Peter’s place. We had everything we needed there. The tennis court surrounded by the woods was beautiful. We highly recommend this place.
For couples, this was ideal. Excellent location close to several vineyards. Wonderful local produce in nearby Dyke Farm Shop. Good for birdwatching, pottering around local towns and long country walks. Hosts very welcoming but also discreet. Plenty ofvreading matter on the shelves hence aptly named. A delight!
We had a lovely stay in the Old Tractor Shed. Toni and David were very welcoming and the accommodation was perfect for our stay. Lots of lovely walks from the door. Plenty to visit and see locally and not far from the sea.
Hell Fyre is a lovely attached wing of the owners farmhouse, in a rural setting south of Horsham. The owners were very helpful and ensured my stay was comfortable. I extended my stay by another week. There are plenty of walks from the property, however the heavy rain meant most of the paths were very muddy. Will be great in the summertime. I’d recommend Hell Fyre as a great place to stay - you can drive into Horsham in under ten minutes.
First class stay in lovely cottage with everything thought of - perfect welcome pack of milk, bread, coffee and biscuits!
We had a fabulous week. Seaphare is really well equipped for 8 people ( we were just 5 ) with an upside down house (living on first floor, beds downstairs) that was full of light and made the most of the amazing views and was brilliantly located - 15 seconds walk to the beach (pebbly, but we prefer that) where the sea was fabulous ( just one rough day) and in no time at all you could be into the hills and cliff walking up and over to Seaford Head and Cuckmere Haven. Located just a few minutes from the beach and a few more from the centre of Rustington where there is every type of shop you can ask for. The property has everything needed for a week or two away and was very clean and comfortable.
We loved everything about our stay in Mafeking. The house, the garden and Benenden are all beautiful. Mafeking is a great choice for familys, there are plenty of toys and a lovely playground nearby. We extended our stay because we loved it that much and had a very friendly and accommodating experience with the costumer service. Next summer holiday we will be coming back and are really looking forward to visit Mafeking again. Absolutely recommended.
We had a very enjoyable family stay at The Poolhouse. Location was perfect - so convenient to walk our dog in lovely Petworth Park, and a very short walk to the facilities of Petworth. Carole and Robert were super hosts; their fig delivery was especially appreciated! Would definitely recommend this property and would love to return!
Primrose Lodge has everything you could wish for. The space has been thoughtfully and stylishly designed and is extremely comfortable. Everything provided for here - comfortable bed, huge bath, well equipped kitchen and a very efficient wood burner, with a generous supply of logs, that kept us warm and toasty through the recent cold spell. The location is perfect - just a 5 minute drive from the pretty village of Mayfield or a 15 minute from Tunbridge Wells. Loads of great pubs and walks very close by. Our hosts couldn't have been more friendly and attentive.
Very quiet, secluded and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay here with pheasants and deer as the only company.
Farthings is a fabulous place for a family holiday - it has everything you need, in a wonderful location close to the sea. It's a lovely house with a beautiful garden and pool. It's got all the facilities you need for the perfect holiday. Christopher was absolutely great - swifly responding to any questions. I'm sure we'll be back in the not too distant future!
We were a group of 6 adults and 4 children and Sun House was a perfect venue for a break by the sea. The house was extremely comfortable and very well equipped with plenty of space for everyone. We were lucky with the weather so could spend a lot of time outside. Nearly all the rooms have fantastic views on to the garden and beach/sea beyond and there is a wonderful hot tub and garden summerhouse. We had a great stay at Wickland Cottage. The location was spot on and off street parking was a real bonus. The cottage is well kept with comfortable beds and a good shower. Everything you need for a great holiday is provided. Chichester is a lovely city with lots to do in the area. It is also well served by public transport.
Away from all traffic with lovely views this well equipped apartment provides an ideal base for West Sussex and Surrey. The kitchen is particularly good and we much enjoyed our second stay here.
We stayed with our kids and parents ranging from 8 to 75 years. The house and garden worked perfectly for everyone and the location was great for access to the beach
We needed a relaxed space to stay with family members for my son's wedding, and Beaufort barn was perfect in every way - spacious enough to accommodate everyone comfortably and a very peaceful and tranquil place to re-charge after all the festivities. The many little extras were also much appreciated - e.g.shower and hand wash, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent - so nice not to have to think about buying them. a lovely house, with plenty of off road parking spaces, a few meters away from the beach. We loved the possibility of just popping out to sea for a quick morning swim or a run along the shore, and then come back to the house for a breakfast al fresco in the secluded garden.
We had a lovely week at Apple Tree Barn, the barn was warm and comfortable and the space was just right for three of us. We found it was in a great location for local days out and it was convenient to have the small village shop within walking distance. There were good facilities for staying in and cooking basic meals, although the kitchen would not necessarily be suitable for longer stays.
