This was such a perfect little place to stay. It was a nice walk into town but super close to my son who I came to visit. I loved everything about the listing- it was clean, had all the amenities I needed, adorably decorated, and everyone was very friendly. I have already recommended it to other families and will reserve it again when I come back!

We had a great time here. Lovely apartment, very comfortable beds. Really clean and a terrific location. Parking was not provided but was easy to find on streets within a minutes walk, no charge. Host was great. Welcome folder was very useful. 10/10
The flat was perfect for our few days stay in York. Perfect for walking along river into York Centre and accessing the fantastic pubs and restaurants. The area felt safe to walk back from the city centre late at night. The flat itself was clean, comfortable and warm, with all one would expect for self catering. We will definitely will rebook when we next visit our daughter.

We had a nice stay at the Lawrence Apartments, it was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Beds were really comfortable and the shower was great and very warm.
Only a short walk down the river to the city centre, hosts were helpful and friendly when we needed them

This house was everything we expected and looked for. We were a group of 5 and this house was very ideal. We wanted somewhere reasonably priced and this property was perfect. Great value for money. Its very spacious and in a lovely area. The bus stop to the city centre was literally out the driveway and it was a very pleasant walk to York actually. Beds were really comfy. Very clean and very well equipped! Would love to stay again.
Very good apartment, a short walk from the centre of York. Everything we needed for our stay, comfortable beds and a good shower with toiletries. The kitchen had a supply of tea, coffee, sugar and milk in sachets which was very useful. Overall very pleased with the accommodation.

The flat is in excellent condition. Well maintained and stocked with everything one may need for a short stay. There is enough space for a couple with children. Location is a quiet area 15 minute walk from the York Rail station. Highly recommended.

This is the second time in 5 years we have stayed in this apartment, it was as good as I remembered. What makes it special is the location in the centre of York and the inclusive secure parking which means you can arrive on your first day, park your car at no extra cost and then walk to everything over the next few days. It’s great to be able to walk within ten minutes to all the attractions, bars, restaurants and local Tesco or Sainsbury’s. The apartment itself is clean and comfortable, ideal for visiting York and surrounding areas. Hope to return next year.
Lovely apartment! Well equipped kitchen, comfy furnishings, cozy living area, big dining area and seating, and nice bathrooms! The apartment overlooks a very popular area near The Shambles ❤️ but still is quiet due to clever double glazed windows. While their listing says you need to climb stairs, FYI to anyone with mobility issues: if you can "do" stairs, just know the stairs are steep!...so be sure you're ok with that. Plus the apartment has a few small stairs within it. Only one suggestion to the lovely, wonderful hosts (they really were SO nice and helpful and responsive!!): for non-Brit...more

What a beautiful cosy barn conversion, done to a very high standard. From the minute we walked in, it felt like home and had everything we needed for our stay. Fixtures and fittings were of great quality, the decor was lavish (loved the top hat hanging bedside light) and the bath was a hit for relaxing after a long journey. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great too. We loved that heating was so easily controlled by just turning the radiator controls and it took no time to warm up the space when we arrived. Tea, coffee and milk pots were provided and helpful.

This property was gorgeous, it was everything we could have asked for. It was ideally placed, a short walk from everything really. It had parking for free on the street. The bedrooms were really comfy. It was very clean throughout and felt like home.

What a great place this is for celebrating my husbands birthday with 13 other people Wonderful house & stables for a large gathering - really high spec. We didn't use any outside space due to the weather (and it was January) There was enough of everything - seating, dining, cooking sleeping - but could have done with an extra bathroom or two

Location perfect, surprisingly quiet considering how close to the station, and minutes from the city walls. Well equipped, loads of storage space. Had some minor maintenance issues but the team sorted them quickly and efficiently, they always responded very quickly on WhatsApp. Parking permits arranged foc and no trouble parking. Over all a great and enjoyable stay.

Absolutely beautiful property, secure, free parking, 10 minutes walk into town, home away from home. Everything you need. Shower sliding door doesn't give enough room for more curvy people and pillows on bed were lumpy, but that was the only thing we found. Would definitely come again. Had a fab stay. Highly recommend

Really enjoyed our stay as the location was excellent and the accommodation was warm, clean and comfortable. Had a slight issue as one of the showers was always cold but it did not impact our stay but probably needs fixing!
Excellent property within 2/3 minutes of Monkbar. Very comfortable with 2 bedrooms- 1 with an en-suite and the other close to a family bathroom. Ideal for a family or 2 couples. The joining instructions are a little confusing as it talks about going through the left hand door and turning left down the corridor and there is only 1 door and you turn right to flat 2. Fine when you know how. Our only issue was that the water was cold on the second morning which meant only 2 out of the 4 of us could shower. That would not stop us returning as everything else was perfect. Special thanks to York...more
This house was stunning, absolutely perfect for what we needed. The hot tub was the perfect addition to our stay. We absolutely loved the whole weekend here, it was perfect location for walking to York too! We will be back!

We were so delighted when we arrived at this flat. It was the perfect size for us (2 adults, a 5-year-old and a 1 year old - we took our own travel cot). My 5-year-old daughter loved having a big double bed in the "pink" room. The whole flat was warm and toasty when we arrived, just what we needed after a 7 hour journey! The kitchen was well equipped and even has a dishwasher and washer dryer (which came in handy after Storm Darragh soaked us to the skin). Everything felt clean and tidy. The best thing about this apartment was the location, just 6 minutes walk from York centre and the secure underground parking. We had issues with the apartment, cleanliness (shower dirty, bin full of rubbish from previous occupant) 2nd bedroom, (small wardrobe shelf and rail fell down); these issues were put right by the letting agent which was good hence the high customer service. The bedrooms and beds are small and we (4 people) found the beds (both rooms) uncomfortable. The sofa was also not comfortable. Numbered allocated parking space provided with this property. Clean modern apartment which was fully equipped with everything we needed. A 15 minute walk in to York. Would recommend booking this property, really enjoyed our stay
