Great modern flat within 15 mins walk of the centre of York, an easy walk and you pass lots of pubs and places to eat. Beautifully furnished throughout, super comfy beds. We had a lovely stay. The hosts were very accommodating which was lovely. The black folder in the apartment was very informative and had some great recommendations, would absolutely recommend.

We booked both apartments as we were a large group. A lovely space to socialise with friends and the house was super clean and everything was provided that we needed for a great stay. The house really is fantastic and its even better than the photos. Great communication from the hosts and check in details were very easy to understand
We loved our short stay at this apartment! It was very clean and cosy and a great location with a 5 minute walk to York Minster. I would definitely stay here again! Bed was super comfortable with great showers. 10/10 stay would recommend whole heartedly!

Very good apartment, a short walk from the centre of York. Everything we needed for our stay, comfortable beds and a good shower with toiletries. The kitchen had a supply of tea, coffee, sugar and milk in sachets which was very useful. Overall very pleased with the accommodation.

Such a brilliant property. We were a group of 8 and we were more than comfortable. We had a few very minor issues but they were easily solved and the lovely team at the end of the phone could not do enough to help. The house was perfect for us throughout. The hot tub was a great addition and we will absolutely be back!

We had a great stay in this very comfortable and cosy apartment right in the city centre. It was a perfect size for our family of 4 with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bright living area with the windows onto the street below were perfect for people watching. The location was great, but it was noisy on the Friday night with music from a bar opposite the road until late into the evening. And on the Monday morning the food delivery trucks came and parked right outside the windows which was also a bit noisy. This place was perfect for us. We were a group of 5. We had plenty of space. all the little added details were very much appreciated. It was a pretty faultless stay from start to finish. We would love to stay here again if we ever find ourselves in York.
This was the best Airbnb without a doubt we have ever stayed in. It was spotless throughout, and so spacious. The photos of this place do not do it justice at all. We were working nearby and it was the perfect base for us. We will be back and highly recommend to others. The staff onsite throughout the day are very friendly. What a beautiful cosy barn conversion, done to a very high standard. From the minute we walked in, it felt like home and had everything we needed for our stay. Fixtures and fittings were of great quality, the decor was lavish (loved the top hat hanging bedside light) and the bath was a hit for relaxing after a long journey. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great too. We loved that heating was so easily controlled by just turning the radiator controls and it took no time to warm up the space when we arrived. Tea, coffee and milk pots were provided and helpful.

We had a great stay, it was the perfect base from which to explore the city. Close to local tourist attractions, bars, cafes and restaurants. The flat was clean, spacious and everything we needed it to be for a city break. It was also surprisingly quiet for being so centrally located. Location perfect, surprisingly quiet considering how close to the station, and minutes from the city walls. Well equipped, loads of storage space. Had some minor maintenance issues but the team sorted them quickly and efficiently, they always responded very quickly on WhatsApp. Parking permits arranged foc and no trouble parking. Over all a great and enjoyable stay.

We had a wonderful time exploring York from this lovely apartment. We wanted somewhere we could access everything without a car and we certainly got that. we travelled down by train and the station is walkable too. We loved the accommodation. It was ideal for our needs, clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The location could not have be better. We ate on Fossgate all 3 nights. My only recommendation would be to book places you want to visit well in advance as we couldn't do everything we planned. Modern property within 15-20 walking distance of York city centre and close to local amenities (including York Racecourse). Property is in need of some TLC (faulty electric blinds in the lounge, back garden was a mess with furniture in poor condition, etc). Muddy foot prints on the main hall carpet wasn't a great first impression on entering the property! However, location is excellent and the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable.
Easy check in, place was fantastic. We only stopped over for 1 night but would definitely come back again

Absolutely beautiful property, secure, free parking, 10 minutes walk into town, home away from home. Everything you need. Shower sliding door doesn't give enough room for more curvy people and pillows on bed were lumpy, but that was the only thing we found. Would definitely come again. Had a fab stay. Highly recommend
Really nice space for us to stay and the hot tub was a great place to chill after a bust=y day exploring York. Really clean and all amenities needed to cook a meal at home. Check in very easy

Excellent property within 2/3 minutes of Monkbar. Very comfortable with 2 bedrooms- 1 with an en-suite and the other close to a family bathroom. Ideal for a family or 2 couples. The joining instructions are a little confusing as it talks about going through the left hand door and turning left down the corridor and there is only 1 door and you turn right to flat 2. Fine when you know how. Our only issue was that the water was cold on the second morning which meant only 2 out of the 4 of us could shower. We were so delighted when we arrived at this flat. It was the perfect size for us (2 adults, a 5-year-old and a 1 year old - we took our own travel cot). My 5-year-old daughter loved having a big double bed in the "pink" room. The whole flat was warm and toasty when we arrived, just what we needed after a 7 hour journey! The kitchen was well equipped and even has a dishwasher and washer dryer (which came in handy after Storm Darragh soaked us to the skin). Everything felt clean and tidy. The best thing about this apartment was the location, just 6 minutes walk from York centre and the secure underground parking. We had issues with the apartment, cleanliness (shower dirty, bin full of rubbish from previous occupant) 2nd bedroom, (small wardrobe shelf and rail fell down); these issues were put right by the letting agent which was good hence the high customer service. The bedrooms and beds are small and we (4 people) found the beds (both rooms) uncomfortable. The sofa was also not comfortable.
