We stayed Wednesday to Friday at Maple Lodge na dhad the best couple of days away! We had prviously seen photographs of the lodge, which had been recently renovated but on arrival our expectations were exceeded. This palce is beautiful inside and out. The cinema room and hot tub really are a highlight and made our stay just that bit better. We felt super relaxed and talked about it all the way back home! We will definitely be back!!

The new owners of this site should be so proud of these lodges! We stayed at Olive tree and truly enjoyed every minute of our stay. The decor is outstanding, the views are beautiful and the surroundings are very well kept. The beds are also super comfortable. The place itself was spotlessly clean, well equipt and had everything we needed. We will definitely be returning! Thank you.

Great location, close to the railway museum which our boys loved, we had a couple of nice walks down the river to the city centre which was very scenic

This property is like a maze, room after room! Absolutely beautifully decorated throughout and the top living, dining area is incredible for larger parties of people. There is nothing we didn't like about this palce and would come back in a heart beat!

Can’t say enough about the overall quality of the accommodation. You have an amazing view of york minster, you are that close! We had absolutely everything we needed in the flat and the two bathrooms were a godsend. I managed to lose the initial email and the host was amazingly quick to respond and help. Everything is walking distance, no need for cabs or buses, this place is an absolute diamond and we will be back.
Some fantastic places in York to stay but this is superb! One of the best by far. Really luxurious and relaxing with homely vibes. We really enjoyed our stay thanks!

Very good apartment, a short walk from the centre of York. Everything we needed for our stay, comfortable beds and a good shower with toiletries. The kitchen had a supply of tea, coffee, sugar and milk in sachets which was very useful. Overall very pleased with the accommodation.
Great location, very clean, very warm and were responsive whenever needed. Stairs may be a challenge for disabled visitors for anyone with access needs. Didn't affect our stay at all though.
Highly recommend these properties for a visit in York. Beds comfortable and very clean. Had all facilities needed for cooking and chilling in the evenings. No complaints at all

Great apartment! I liked how secure the building was. It was such a short walk into the centre and close distance from the train station. The flat was as described - the bed was super comfy!

Minsters Reach is ideally located. Just a short stroll to the centre of York. The bed was comfortable. The heating system very good. It was clean and well appointed. The only very small niggle was that the WiFi was glitchy. This was not an issue for us but may be for others. We had a lovely stay and would recommend it to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Historic House, surprisingly quiet for such a central location! Had no issues parking and was great for walking into town without having to worry about the expensive parking! House itself was beautiful and beds extra comfortable, super clean and cosy and the christmas decorations were an added bonus. Overall great stay!!! Thanks York Boutique

Fabulous place to stay for its convenience to the city centre. Accomodation was just what was needed for a few days away.
This place exceeded all of our expectations in all honesty, it was beautiful inside and out. So well layed out and was perfect for me and my partner. Everything we needed was very friendly, the staff were so incredibly helpful which made the experience positive from the start. The lodge was immaculate. We really couldn't find a fault.
We stayed at oaskwood lodge and were absolutely blown away by the lodge itself and the scenery around. The hot tub and facilities were fantastic and we had everything we cold possibly need. The lodges have recentky been refurbished by the new owners and I have to say that the standards are unmatched. Beautifully executed and nothing has been missed. We treuly enjoyed our stay and cannot wait to come back! 5 Stars all day long!!!

Creamery cottage was a lovely, private location only a short Uber away from the city. The facilities were great and the games room was an added bonus. The host was very professional and responsive. Overall I could not fault and would highly recommend booking.
This is a gem of a place in central York. Lovely large living room with big sofas. Comfy beds. Very clean. Was the absolute perfect place to stay for a friends weekend away. Close to everything .. pubs, restaurants, Tesco metro. Would definitely stay again and will recommend to others
We loved it. Parking 2 mins away opposite the flat. Walking distance from the town centre. The flat was really comfortable with all possible amenities. It was easy to access. Excellent stay ☺️
superbly located apartment - right in the heart of York. Apartment felt spacious and beautiful with high vaulted ceilings. It was very handily situated, making it easy to walk into the city centre. The apartment is situated next to a train line but trains are infrequent and we did not notice them during our stay. The apartment also had great kitchen facilities and a Christmas tree in the living room corner added a lovely festive touch.
It was a good place to stay, not too far from the city centre, and beds were very comfortable!! Would reccomend

Great apartment in the town centre, we loved staying here because we were clsoe to everything we could possibly need. Aaprmtnet was easy to find and instructions were clear! We settled in nicely and despite the openness of the apartment it felt very cosy. Great communication with office staff! Can't wait to come back <3
This was a beautiful lodge in a tranquil setting it was immaculately clean and well maintained myself n my sister stayed in blackthorn Lodge the bonus with this lodge was the outside area pool table darts board giant connect 4 but the hot tub was lush so relaxing . There was also fire pit pizza oven and a log burner everything you need n more A truly enjoyable stay Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is wanting to book enjoy !

Great place to stay for a large group looking to spend time in beautiful York! Spacious and comfortable living room, kitchen and dining room area with cosy and comfortable bedrooms. The hot tub was great - and under cover, which was handy! The hosts were really helpful, quick to respond and friendly. Would love to come back.

Excellent accommodation. very close to everything. been to York many times and this wss the best location yet. Just a few mins walk from the minster and the shambles . tesco extra a couple doors away. loveky cake shop opposite "the York tea rooms" although a very busy area the apartment was very quiet. the rooms are spacious and the beds mega comfortable. apartment was very warm on arrival and cozy. even a little Xmas tree in the lounge. had a fab weekend for hubby's birthday and ideal for the xmas markets. Will defiantly book again

Great city centre location with parking. Property was as shown on pictures and had plenty of amenities although could of used a few more spare toilet rolls for our stay with 5 occupants. We requested an early check in the evening before as per instructions as dependent on the previous booking and were told we could check in from 12, no charge which was great. Clear instructions sent about how to find the property/parking and how to self check in/out. Overall great experience would stay here again.

Lovely room and beautifully decorated. We made full use of the roll top bath and it’s in a great location for getting into York - only 5 minute drive from Monks Cross park and ride.
Great accomodation, in a decent location. It is as far enough out of the centre that it was nice and quiet but within easy walking distance to get into the centre of town. The place was clean and the hottub was a great asset for clearing hangovers. Rooms were comfy and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a lovely break staying at Abbots Chambers. The flat was delightful and very comfortable. It was so central which made it very easy to get around the centre of the city and we would use it again next time in York.

Just home from a fantastic trip. Boutique were great with communication, and were kind enough to let us check in early which saved carrying our luggage around the city. The house was lovely, and exactly as described. There was a minor issue with one of the bathroom showers but nothing that affected our stay. The noise level in the evenings was quite loud, however ear-plugs were supplied. Couldn’t fault the location!! If you want to be right in the middle of the action, it’s the perfect spot.
This little lodge had everything we needed. It was very cosy and homely and very clean throughout. The hot tub and the lake view was perfect and the setting is so peaceful, just what we needed. From looking at the other lodges on the website here, they are been renovated and they look outstanding, we cannot wait to return to Holly Tree lodge again next year once it has had its refurb! Could not complain about our stay, from start to finish it was seamless. Thanks for having us!
Me and my Fiance really enjoyed our stay here, however there were a few things to consider which I feel others should be aware of when booking. It was an amazing location and the scenery and land around the lodge was spectacular! Only 15 minutes from the York Designer Outlet and about a 30 minute drive into York City Centre so really a great location! The place also felt luxurious and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need to cook should you wish for to do so. Stayed for a week and loved it. Everything you want to work well - WiFi, heating, hot tub, TV, plumbing - did so. Well equipped. Good base for exploring York, Harrogate and surrounding villages ( pubs). Sometimes you can judge a place / company by how they react if something goes wrong. We had a problem when we first arrived and a guy was round within five minutes and fixed it. Will definitely return.
