We had the most fantastic time.
The only thing We thought could do with improvement is stickers on the patio doors as one of the children thought the doors were open and ran into the doors.
Our second stay here in Sundew with family. It was as enjoyable as the first visit with the dog as excited as us to be back.A few days together to catch up, relax and chill out. Many thanks for making us comfortable and any queries were quickly sorted with a smile. Undoubtedly, we will be back I am sure.
This was our second visit to Woods Wallop and we had 3 generations staying. As before the facilities were immaculate and the cottage very well equipped. The location is wonderful with great access to walks along the Meon Valley. The leaving deadline of 9am was a bit of a challenge and made for an early start as I had to walk the dogs first and then tidy the cottage but otherwise everything worked really well.
We enjoyed our time here. Our grandchildren used the pool every day and the games room was excellent. The view over the downs is beautiful and having a small secure garden was great for our small dog. All necessary equipment for preparing meals was provided for in the kitchen even down to salt and pepper. The provision of pumpkins for children to carve and the little quiz with Halloween based prizes for them to collect showed how much has gone into making guests feel very welcome. Thank you.
We recently stayed in teal, for my birthday celebration, we have never stayed anywhere so clean, loverly place , the games room was amazing and the pool.
My husband is a wheelchair user and for him it was perfect they have thought of everything here. It’s the ideal place for a break away.
The staff on site everyday were all friendly.
We had a great time. Thankyou wallops wood. We will be back for sure.
We are returning guests to Skeldale and again had a lovely time. We were a party of 9, 2 families and 2 dogs so quite a busy crowd but the house never felt too small and the bedrooms plenty big enough for the kids to share, play and to fit cots. We all loved the swimming pool, hot tubs and particularly the games room which was new to us. Such a great idea to have fun things for adults to do (table tennis/pool/air hockey etc) while the kids just played and played with the fab new quality toys and games. We also had gorgeous walks around the area and to the local pubs. Thoroughly recommend a hol...more
