Beautiful lodge in a lovely setting. A few minor problems, en-suite bathroom door knob loose and a couple of doors that did not close properly but nothing that impacted the holiday. Our daughter enjoyed the hot tub with that lovely view, and we regularly had visits from bunny rabbits and squirrels and managed to see deer on one occasion. The ladies in reception were lovely and extremely helpful. Richmond is lovely and we will definitely be back for another break.
Must have stayed here 20+ times over the last 15 years and never fails to disappoint. Everything is top notch, hot tub BBQ, comfy beds, sky TV. Everything is spotless and there is everything you need for a luxury stay.
We will now be a regular . Excellent all round and such friendly staff in an excellent location 10/10
We stayed for a short break in Willow. The staff were very approachable and friendly on the phone and in person. We arrived late but provision had been made for this. There was a box with some essentials in it, biscuits tea, coffee, crisps. Everything was clean today and equipment modern. I always take my own testers when staying with a hot tub and the levels in it were spot on. We stayed with our 4 legged friend and he enjoyed the walks around flowery dell. Lovely lodge in the perfect location. The position of the lodge at the park was perfect with unspoiled views. The place was very peaceful and the lodges were well spaced out. The staff were helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The park is very close to Richmond where you have everything you need. There was plenty of information inside the lodge for days out and eating places. The beds were very comfortable and the facilities within the cabin were everything you needed. Definitely recommend this lovely place and would book again
Great place for a get away we came for our anniversary we had came here before for our honey moon and we had to come again just great location peaceful and close to town great staff always feel welcome would definitely come again
Myself and Simon enjoyed our stay, was our first away together and we will be returning. The location to Richmond is perfect, walking is only 30 mins into town which has lots of amenities. Flowery Dell is perfect for that get away from it all break
I went with my 8 yr old daughter, everything we needed had been thought about even down to bin liners and a hairdryer. Place was spotless and well thought out, with the positioning of the lodges allowing for privacy. It was a peaceful and calm setting with the hot tub balcony overlooking the trees where you can look for wildlife. Only slight criticism was the playground, it’s really only for toddlers and there isn’t much to it. We had a wonderful weekend staying at this lodge and couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing getaway. The lodge was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The surroundings were peaceful and scenic, making it the perfect place to unwind and escape from everyday life. We didn’t know what to expect or much about the location, but everything from the booking experience to the weekend itself was excellent. It was a birthday relax and we arrived to a welcome hamper and also a birthday gift with a note from the site. A lovely touch. The Ash was easy to find on site and so tranquil. The lodge was exceptionally clean on arrival and well planned out with recycling bins outside, but every required accessory inside. A great few days in Yew Lodge. Peaceful and fairly private. The lodge was well appointed and well equipped. We would definitely return.
The lodge was a perfect base for exploring the area, so quiet and peaceful. Loads of room for the four of us two adults with 13 & 10 year olds. Felt very secluded, tranquil and private. Everything was clean and tidy with the lodge being very well equipped. It was great to be able to walk into Richmond from the lodge.
We stayed for 6 nights over August. Location and setting were excellent. The site is beautifully maintained. Our children enjoyed playing on the small park and had lots of space to play outside safely. We liked walking up to see the goats and searching for rabbits. We also enjoyed the local county pubs for a drink and an evening meal. The lodge was well maintained and well stocked. We thought the arrival pack with chocolates, biscuits, teas etc were a lovely touch and very much appreciated after a long day of sightseeing and arriving late!
