We have visited Flowery Dell 8 times in under 3 years and stayed in numerous lodges. All of them were excellent. I cannot rate Flowery Dell highly enough from the grounds to the welcome you receive. Everything about our stay in the Hazel was just amazing. The lodge interior is fabulous and the hot tub is immaculate and checked twice daily. Having a breakfast bbq then relaxing in the hot tub, it doesn't get much better. The only down side is when you have to leave.
A perfect location as a base to visit different places. You wake up to, and come back to peace and quiet. Staff are very friendly, always look into the reception for a wave ☺️ Alos, it you love wild rabbits, it's a haven, their own water ship down. Our second visit and will always be on our return to list.
We loved our short break here, wish we could have stayed longer. Flowery Dell is a small site surrounded by nature . The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Peace and tranquility, we loved seeing all the baby bunnies too, yet the place is so close to Richmond - with plenty of walking routes, places to eat ect. The lodge was Exceptionally clean ! and well equipped . We would most definitely return . oh and not forgetting the beautiful welcome hamper .

We needed a quick break after a very stressful few weeks. Hawthorne lodge at Flowery Dell was the perfect choice. From the very comfortable beds to the hot tub it was just what we needed. Everything we needed was included in the well equipped lodge and the setting in the valley was delightful. Even the dog had a great time walking round the meadow sniffing for rabbits! Would definitely book again in the future.
Lodge was very nice and had everything we needed. Hot tub was amazing and kept clean and hot all the time. Park was kept peaceful and clean. Wildlife walking around was beautiful to see. Love the Park and definitely would stay again in Willow.
We were really impressed on arriving at the lodge, lovely touches like the doggy treats and Yorkshire hamper, and a lovely well equipt and comfortable lodge. The hot tub was fantastic and the grounds of Flowery Dell were delightful, particularly having our dog with us.The location is also a bonus and we were able to walk into Richmond easily. We will most definitely be returning at some point!
Great place for a get away we came for our anniversary we had came here before for our honey moon and we had to come again just great location peaceful and close to town great staff always feel welcome would definitely come again

Beautiful stay and i had everything i needed under one roof. The location was a nice to walk to either Richmond in one way or Hudswell in the other.
Been coming here for over 12 years plus, staff have always been so friendly and lodges always spotless and clean. Stayed for 3 days with all our immediate family for birthdays and fathers day, had a really great time, good location for dog walking and grandkids loved the hot tubes and park. would highly recommend flowery dell and Richmond for a relaxing stay Phil barker

The lodge was beautifully presented, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. we love flowery dell. This was our 13th visit. Stayed in lots of the lodges. We love the peace and quiet and the surrounding area. Looking forward to the next time.
This is our first time in this cabin, but our 4th time on the site in the last 3 years or so. The cabin was lovely and comfortable, can't really fault anything apart from the wifi...it worked, then didnt, then did, then didn't for the whole time. We reset multiple times and it just wouldn't work for about 90% of our 2 night stay, meaning streaming movies or music was impossible. We love the place and might be back again, but we would request another lodge as the previous ones we have stayed in didn't have any wifi issues.
We chose to return to Flowery Dell as we had such happy memories of our previous holidays. The location is fantastic and the site is tranquil and perfectly located for walks. Accommodation spotless!
We love stopping at Flowery Dell. Lodge was lovely, nice peaceful surroundings. We will be back in the future.
I have stayed at Flowery Dell over many years, it has always been spotlessly clean, well maintained and the customer service is literally second to none. I stayed for nine nights with my husband, my adult children came to visit. The weather was amazing so we made good use of the BBQ and decking area which despite being on the front is incredibly private. The upstairs balcony off the main bedroom is a real bonus and was a lovely space to have a morning coffee. There are 3 double bedrooms all have a TV in. There is a good size fridge freezer and plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment...more
