Lovely place to stay in a great location with fully accessible accommodation. Very helpful and friendly staff from booking to leaving. Ample parking for the group and access for wheelchair users. Also very good for the elderly and neurodivergent groups and individuals - providing much needed quiet as well as open areas. We would recommend Homelands highly and would like to return.
Great for disabled people and there family, spacious rooms, beds comfortable enough, has everything you need. Negatives, Price also check in and out times.
Another lovely holiday at Largo lodge. Facilities are wonderful everything is provided for wheelchair uses. The property is clean and well thought out. There is plenty to do in the area and the views from the property are stunning.
When we first arrived at Emsdorf Lodge we were taken aback by how spacious it was. The bedroom downstairs with a profiling bed and single divan bed was a massive room. The living room was huge and so was the kitchen. support staff noted how the breakfast bar being low down on one side for a wheelchair user was a perfect touch. Everything has been so well thought out and items like the couches and chairs were commented how comfortable and soft they were. One of the things that really felt like luxury to me was how big the adapted bathroom was. The shower plinth we ordered was able to be moved ...more
We had a very positive experience at Homelands from booking through to leaving. Helen was very helpful and understanding about our group which included both carers and their cared for person. Homelands provided spacious, accessible accommodation together with lovely views and outdoor space with seating and tables. Helen was also very knowledgeable about the surrounding area; suggesting and recommending activities and locations for our group which helped us to plan accordingly. We were welcomed warmly- and there was cake and milk and coffee for our arrival! This was throughout the four lod...more
We have just had the most wonderful and memorable 3 nights/4 day stay at the Keil lodge in Lundon Links . The lodge looks out the back over manicured gardens and the Lundon Links golf course and River Leven . It’s breathtaking. The lodge itself offers everything you could possibly need to make your stay as accessible and easy as possible when caring for a loved one who has additional needs of things like , an electric bed , hoist , wet room , The rooms are well decorated with spacious living dining kitchen well equipped, with wheelchair access all around . The bedrooms are a great size allow...more
Great lodge , so spacious which is ideal for my type of wheelchair. The equipment is really good and the staff accommodated changes to our booking very quickly and without hassle
A stay in Drummochy at Homelands is like a home from home. They provide everything you need for each member of the family, especially those with a disability. Access is easy on the ground floor, with wide doorways and a huge wetroom and the upstairs rooms are spacious and comfortable. Having used the facilities a number of times already, I was delighted that my suggestions had been acted on when I arrived this time - a step stool to assist me in reaching the high cupboards and pasta bowls for everyone! The staff in reception are very accommodating and helpful. We have booked for next year alre...more
We had a lovely 4 night stay. The accommodation was exactly as described with everything we needed. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were perfect for our daughter who has high standards! Seriously couldn't find fault with anything. We rated customer service 5 but in reality we didn't see anyone - because we didn't need to. Sure it would have been a 5 though if we had. Thank you we will almost certainly be back
