The wonderful accomodation and outstanding location for Kernock Cottages allowed us to add to memorable family gatherings. Everyone across the various age ranges were comfortable and appreciated all the care and attention from Louise and Damien. The local knowledge ensured we enjoyed the area and the fantastically equipped kitchens meant that catering for our large group was a joy. We are already recommending the experience to many friends and are looking forward to returning ourselves.
We’ve never stayed anywhere quite like Kernock. It’s perfection tucked away down a beautiful driveway. Cottage was really well equipped with everything you might possibly need and more. Highlights - hot tub with amazing views, most comfortable bed I’ve possibly ever slept in, great quality gas barbecue that we cooked most meals on, extremely clean (and I am a clean freak), very dog friendly and not forgetting very welcoming and super helpful hosts. Excellent for dogs. Accommodation well-appointed. The cottage and site were good. The location is not conducive to wandering out for a walk or to find a small shop - car always required.
We had a wonderful stay at The Coach House and felt relaxed from the moment we arrived. The setting is idyllic—peaceful, surrounded by nature, and perfect for a quiet getaway from the hustle and bustle. The cottage itself is very well equipped, extremely clean, combining luxury with a warm homely feel. The welcome pack was fantastic and also included treats and a toy for Maggie (our dog, with her new duck becoming a firm favourite!). We (two adults and three children) had a fantastic stay in Owl Barn. The whole estate is very well maintained and is in such a peaceful location of south east Cornwall. The property itself was clean with lots of room for a family of 5 and full of everything you need for a self catered holiday. The views from the property's hot tub are a real highlight. We had a wonderful stay at Heather Barn. Damian and Louise warmly welcomed us and gave a very detailed overview of the accommodation, and an array of information. They kindly allowed us to check in a little earlier, as we had just left a weekend break and were in the local area. The welcome pack catered for humans and dogs, with lovely local food produce to make a delicious breakfast, plus a bottle of Prosecco for us and a toy and treats for our dog on her first holiday.
