Incredible views across the sea, beaches and castle from the big bay window. Very comfortable, spotlessly clean apartment, with everything you need (including a lovely hot shower - important after long walks and swims in the sea!). Great central location for coastal walks or a stroll into town for food or the castle. Dylan’s is great for lunch and The Poachers for evening meal. The deli cafe in Borth Y Gest is walkable along the coast and is awesome!
Bron Y Gadair is beautiful and spacious, a real home from home feel with everything you need. The decor is tasteful with many aspects of the farm house feel still intact. Jack at Oyster was also most helpful and responsive.
I am writing on behalf of my daughter in law who booked Rockside for a week over Christmas. We had a fabulous stay with the children and grandchildren. The owners have excelled themselves in every aspect and we would definitely recommend Rockside for its space, position, and its ability to house three generations with absolute comfort. A perfect ideal home for everyone. The grandchildren loved the hot tub every evening! Kind regards The Sharples/ Rooney Families
We have stayed a couple of times. The garden is beautiful and large ( which our dog loves). It’s one of the few places where you leave feeling rested and relaxed, and there’s enough around to keep the whole family entertained central to various beaches and bowling. Just beautiful.
Beautiful converted school. Location stunning.. Spacious and well equipped . Secure garden which was great for the dogs. Lovely large lounge with spacious dining area.
Everything is absolutely fabulous. This is a superb place to stay. The house and huge garden is beautiful. If you get the chance to stay you will not be disappointed. Excellent customer service too.
Had an amazing few nights in this gorgeous cottage. It was spotless. Perfect location. My partner and I had the best time with our dog. Newborough beach on the doorstep. Fantastic place. We will be back.
Lovely holiday home with nearby footpath access to the beach. Excellent location for getting out and exploring the rest of the island. We were met by our host to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely recommend.
Glasfryn Fawr was perfect for our family Christmas. We all fell in love with the kitchen and large living room. The extra snug was ideal for the kids to play games while the adults watched films and chatted by the woodburner. My elderly grandmother was happy in her downstairs bedroom with adjoining bathroom. There are a couple of steps to get into the snug to join the main house. The electric showers were fab and we soon worked out how to work the range for heating and hot water. We did have to take our refuse home (we only live 40min away) because here was no room in the wheely bin. But I b...more
Fantastic location, peace and traquilty, great views a good location to explore the Llyn penisula and Snowdonia
Great location, adjacent to the Menai Bridge, picturesque views and a spacious venue to host a family of 6, just needs rails and hooks to accommodate the clothing people take for a holiday in two of the bedrooms. Sitting room tired and needs refreshing with softer lighting.
Lovely cottage, nice and warm. We liked the open kitchen with the light shining through. The sofas were a bit uncomfortable maybe need an upgrade however that wouldn't stop us staying again.
We’ve been to Tany Y Bryn before for a weekend break some years ago and loved it. This time we stayed for a week and it was great to see this beautiful cottage again. Some notable upgrades since we last visited - a steam room and hot tub (neither of which we got around to sampling due to weather, unfortunately) - hopefully next time! The cottage looked so pretty on arrival, with twinkling Christmas lights beckoning us up the long track to the cottage. The location is spectacular. If the owner ever wishes to sell, let me know! Indoors the boot room is handy for damp coats and boots which are dr...more
Cant fault the location and views. Although we booked for 6x adults the main seating really only accommodates 5x supplemented with some large bean bags. Games room was added advantage for fun when weather was adverse
This is the third time we have stayed at 113 Cae Du. We really love the property. The bungalow is in an excellent location to access Abersoch and the beaches, with the Spar shop a short stroll away. The back garden has been made dog friendly since we last stayed here, with a secure fence, which is a big plus. The new furniture on the front deck will be great when the weather allows. The dining area is spacious now the wall cupboards have been removed. However, there is now enough glassware in the kitchen cupboards to cater for a party. Perhaps some could be stored away in the garage ...more
Great cosy apartment with lovely furnishings and decor. Fantastic view of the sea, great location. Sorry to have to leave
We had a really nice stay here as a family of 4. Good space, great location and would recommend to others.
Tanllyn looked ideal for a big group of us on the Oyster Holiday Cottages website but unfortunately it did not live up to expectations. I think we were the first to stay in Tanllyn since major structural renovations, and it was very clear to us. The wrap around gardens are hazardous, with wires, slate, branches and other miscellaneous items left in it, and they are not secure with the farm gate to the field next door that looks like it houses animals throughout the year pulled down and on the floor. We had a dog and so it was not safe to let him roam in the garden, and I would not suggest ...more
