Cabins are situated around a lovely lake. If you'd lucky will see Herons and variety of wildlife. We got our cabin with a hot tub, great way to relax in an evening. The cabin has all the usual amenities. Every time we go they have provided homemade cake which is so tasty. Also tea and coffee and even milk in the fridge. Which is a really nice touch. There is a wee shop which I love looking at the cards. Overall it well worth a visit. 20 mins to Lincoln.
This is the 6th time we've stayed at Rural Roosts & it never disappoints. Clean & comfortable accommodation with everything you need, in a peaceful setting where you're surrounded by nature. Katie & Tim are always on hand if you need anything & the lemon drizzle cake is a favorite of our family! We will be back again.
Absolutely fantastic place to come to chill out Katie and Tim are so friendly and helpful we've stayed several times, and never had any issues can't wait to return thank you so much.
We had a wonderful stay in Kingfisher Lodge for New Year. The lodges looked lovely with lights and Xmas trees making the atmosphere very festive. We enjoyed plenty of walks and the frosty weather made everything very pretty. There was spectacular murmurations to watch at the reservoir which we all enjoyed. We finally made it into Lincoln and we were not disappointed. Well worth a visit and we will definitely repeat on our next stay. A couple of our party had a go at fishing but the cold weather put the fish off feeding but we were all so relaxed we didn’t miss this. We look forward to our next...more

Just a short break to see in the New Year in Badger Lodge.Cant recommend Rural Roosts enough if you want to enjoy the peace & quiet after a busy Christmas.The lodges are clean,fully equipped & very cosy.Thank you Katie,Tim & team for a wonderful stay see you in June.
We have stayed in this lodge several times and never disappointed with the cleanliness view and the lemon cake we are given and the doggy treats everything you need for your stay would highly recommend staying at Rural Roosts
We stayed in Tawny Lodge again, as soon as we arrived my shoulders dropped and feel so relaxed. The Price was just right for our 4 days, So clean and fresh. Lots of wild life again, so very quiet. We can never fault this place.. Thank you Katie and Teamx
