Once again we have all had a lovely holiday at Old Lanwarnick and this time with the added bonus of perfect weather. Looking forward to coming back again hopefully soon.
Very spacious cottage with beautiful views over the countryside. Excellent welcome pack and a kitchen with every possible facility. Cleaning pack also great with its washing/ dishwasher tabs. The garden very secure for our dog but plenty of provided space for him to let off steam. Cottage a real home from home and not too far from woodland and coastal days out.
Spice Barn, excellent, peaceful, relaxing. Everything you could need and more. Absolutely recommend.
We enjoyed our 3 night stay at the property and would definitely consider returning. The welcome items such as bread and cake were a nice touch. The kitchen was well equipped easy to find what we needed. A few small issues if resolved would help make it a 5star stay. The mattress in the main bedroom needs replacing. The en-suite door does not shut properly or have a lock. Even after 12 years of marriage I still want to be able to close the bathroom door! This was our 3rd time at this location and 3rd cottage and again nothing disappoints. Beautiful setting peace and quiet. Welcome basket on arrival. Apart from the 5 star service for us our dogs also had 5 star service, bowls treats towels and 3 fully secure enclosures. The cottage was spotlessly clean and every thing you could possibly need. Crisp white bedding and a very comfortable bed. The added bonus the animals on site Pygmy goats, chickens ducks and Alpacas. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, and their hospitality was outstanding from start to finish. We stayed in Hob Nob, which was immaculate and maintained to an exceptionally high standard of cleanliness. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything needed for a self-catering stay, and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bathrooms were lovely, and we especially appreciated the eco-friendly toiletries and the property’s genuine commitment to sustainability.
