We stayed here as a family of three and a dog for 2 nights. It was perfectly sized for us. The accommodation was clean and well stocked. The hot tub was perfect and instructions were clear. I have never slept in a bed so comfortable! Well placed for beadnell and exploring the Northumberland countryside. We will be hurrying back!

Benthall House is a large, spacious well-equipped detached holiday let with views straight out to sea from near Beadnell harbour. We were short of nothing inside the house and it is very close to lots of interesting places. There are plenty of walks and cycle routes in the area too. Just a note that at present (Jan 2025) there is no local shop in Beadnell - the nearest is in Seahouses, but this wasn't a problem once we knew. The owners were excellent in their communications and we would definitely recommend this property and return ourselves.
Lovely cottage. Really cozy with fabulous views from the garden. You can watch the sheep in the field going about their day or marvel at the fabulous views. Very comfortable beds and linen and everything you could need. Highly recommended.
Another great stay at Shepherds Cottage. There were 10 of us & we are always amazed & delighted at the amount of living space. Perfect for different generations to spread out & enjoy themselves. Everyone loves the huge well equipped games room. The kitchen is well equipped & makes cooking easy if that’s what you plan. There are four large bedrooms all with en-suite. You don’t need to leave the property but there is plenty to see & do if you wish. We don’t think it can be beaten for size comfort location cleanliness. The owners a great & extremely helpful.
