We spent 2 weeks at Tynehead, and loved our time there. The views around the house in all directions are wonderful. Inside the house is very nice, and upstairs is a real treat. It's very handy that Peebles with all it's amenities is only a15 min drive from the house.
Stylish, clean, comfortable, warm and peaceful refurbished cottage for two within a courtyard development. Very large private garden which catches the sunshine and every type of bird song you could hope for. Very handy for lovely Tweed side walks and glorious views. Very prompt response by the customer service team to a bathroom issue we had. Loved it!
Neidpath Castle was truly the wedding venue of our dreams. All the guests commented on how unique, beautiful and fun the castle was. Queen Mary's Chamber itself was so cozy and the bed was incredibly comfortable!! We absolutely loved our stay.
Lovely property in a quiet location. Perfect escape for a few days, especially if you want peace and quiet. The property has everything you'd want for a short break. The local town is a 10 min drive or hour walk away (through a forest or down the river).
What a fab place Barns Tower is. From the moment we arrived we were enchanted by the place. Very well appointed kitchen, everything you could need. Sofa was so comfortable you wanted to never move and as for the bed, once your head hit the pillow you were asleep. The stairs were challenging for the first day but soon got used to them. This was a treat for a big birthday and I can say it did not disappoint in any way.
Very comfortable accomodation, plenty of space for everyone staying. The seating area was comfortable and spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. Everyone had a lovely time.
