Perfect place to stay after our perfect wedding at York barn. Everything we needed o the weekend was taken care of. Thanks guys
This was another short business trip to York. I found property clean and well equipped for self catering. Spacious open plan kitchen/ diner and lounge. All positive
Blossom cottage was a lovely big place to stay in it had everything that you needed it was very clean and it was lovely and warm and cosy we really enjoyed our stay here and everyone at villa farm are such nice people we have stayed with them before and will continue to stay with them definitely a 5 star complex thank you all at villa farm....
We booked this cottage last minute and wow — what a find! The location is excellent, with a bus stopping right outside, taking you straight into York city centre. Super convenient! Right next door is the Web Adventure Park, which was absolutely perfect for our 3 and 8-year-olds — hours of fun and just steps away! The cottage itself was warm, spacious, and beautifully laid out. The interior suited both kids perfectly, and the beds were super comfy — a great night's sleep all round. Only thing our 3-year-old missed was a bath… but she survived! Bonus points for the washing machin...more
Had a fantastic stay at the villa park farm . Was a beautiful place for a wedding . Staff was amazing . Couldn’t do enough for you . Grounds beautiful too . Cottage was amazing . Had everything we needed in there . And even left handwash, fairly liquid , toilet rolls . Bleach spray, cloths . (A lovely touch ) Only criticism which seen to echo through our group . Was the beds could have been more comfortable. And more solid . But it’s was only two night and we had a blast , so we let it not bother us xxx would recommend it to anyone

We stayed at Villa Farm – York Minster Lodge and had an excellent experience. The lodge is spacious and extremely well equipped, making it feel like a real home away from home. The location is beautiful and peaceful, set in lovely surroundings yet only a short distance from York city centre, which made it ideal for exploring. It’s wonderfully quiet, perfect for a relaxing break. The customer service was excellent, with quick replies to emails that made everything easy and stress-free. Highly recommended for anyone looking for both comfort and convenience in a stunning setting.
We had a wonderful stay at this charming 1-bedroom cottage in York. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The parking was a great bonus, and the cottage itself was surrounded by beautiful greenery, making it feel peaceful and private. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do, with easy access to York and the surrounding area. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. Overall, a lovely place that was reasonably priced when considering the price of nearby hotels - we’d happily return next year
It is a fabulous place in an ideal location. Beds were comfy, kitchen was immaculate and the hot tub was brilliant. A great stay by all. My only gripe is that the Internet was poor so I couldn't watch the match.
We had a great stay in Yorkshire rose house. We had a few things to constructively criticise upon departure that the management team gladly took on board to rectify for future guests.
We stayed as a group for a hen do. The accommodation was great. We’d booked at 14 person accommodation and still had plenty of room. We was allowed to decorate the cottage for the hen do which added to the weekend being even better!
