We have rented 4 or 5 different houses in Rhosneigr but this is our favourite so far! Tastefully furnished and so comfortable. Lots of little extras that not all owners provide like lots of hand soap and toilet rolls, but also essentials that you forget you need, like foil and clips to reseal food packaging! The location is absolutely ideal - so close to the centre but nice and quiet. The only downside for us, in November, was the lack of TV channels: only BBC1 & 2, so we could watch Strictly but no Bake off or I’m a celebrity! We did mention this to Rhosneigr Lettings who I’m sure will look i...more
The accommodation was perfect- excellent location for a short walk into the village and easy access links to places of interest on the island and back into mainland Wales. The apartment was clean and very comfortable for a week away from it all. We were hampered by the weather- Storm Dennis - but we were warm and relaxed. We ventured out to South Stack, Holy Island, Beaumaris and Llanfairpwyll between rainstorms! The owners have thought carefully about what is needed for a break away and it's all there.
This is the third year we have stayed at The Red House and as usual everything was to our liking. The views are fantastic and the seating arrangements allows full views of the beach and sea. Everything is on hand with enough cooking equipment and other home comforts. The underfloor heating is an asset and we were never cold even though the temperatures outside were low. The location of The Red House gives easy access to Broad beach and the coastal paths as well as the facilities in the town.
This is a lovely cottage close to the beach . It is well decorated and well equipped. Rhosneigr Lettings were very helpful. We had a really relaxing and comfortable holiday.
We arrived out in the middle of Storm Dennis to find a warm and cosy house! Beautifully clean and very spacious for our five and four year old, 12 week old baby (her first of many Rhosneigr trips) along with our four legged baby! The location is perfect for us with a short walk to our favourite beach and a similar distance into town. The only downside was that we couldn't get the bath to run really hot, the showers we're fine though. Second visit using Rhosneigr holiday lettings and will definitely be back for a third later in the year.
It was Comfortable clean, warm, homely was how we found Granary for 3 weeks due to house renovation
We are 2 old friends, living at opposite ends of Wales, who get together a few times a year for a catch up and to sew. Ty Cwyfan met all of our needs for a week long holiday with my dog. There was plenty of room for us and the comforts of home. Aberffraw is a wonderful little village in easy distance of all of Anglesey. We didn't venture out sightseeing much as that wasn't the purpose of our holiday but we did go to see the church in the sea, a bit of a walk from the village. The weather was better than had been predicted, although after a dog walk in 63km/h winds my legs felt like jell...more
What a beautiful house very comfortable accommodation and a lovely area enjoyed our stay very much would highly recommend.
We had a lovely weekend break at Bryn Bach. The cottage was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Our dog was as equally well looked after. The hot tub was great and the 4 hours of topping up the burner with logs was worth it! Rhosneigr is a fantastic place and we never tire of visiting. We will certainly be returning.
When we arrived we were just amazed at the lovely location, but as we walked through the door what a lovely place. We immediately felt relaxed. Just so light and relaxing and very thoughtfully decorated and furnished. Felt at home straightaway. Sadly our stay was cut short for personal family reasons we had to go home due to a family member who was seriously ill. We will definitely be back and look forward to a happier stay.
We had an excellent weekend of golf, combined with a few walks on the beach and some great food. The property is superb, really well kept and everything we wanted. It is situated in an ideal spot near to town and the beach. Would definitely stay again, good value.
Perfect place for large group to be together over Christmas. Very welcoming and clean. Welcome gifts a lovely touch. Would definitely recommend for a large party. Lots of room so you are not on top of each other. Very helpful staff at Rhosneigr holiday lettings. Thank you.
Spent a relaxing week here, quiet little village with a lovely pub, great food. Close to the beach if you want to walk. We took some food with us as theres only a local shop and supermarket is a good 15/20 minute drive away. Overall the apartment is comfortable and clean and has everything you will need for a week away, would deffo recommend to anyone.
Very clean and comfortable house, didn’t want to leave! Has everything you would need and more, excellent location with stunning surroundings, will definitely book this house for next yr
We arrived on Friday but lockdown announced on Monday we felt uncomfortable that we should be there at all.we cut short our stay pen y bryn not our favourite , needs some tlc small back garden bit depressing
We went to Cadair Arthur for my daughter's 40th and were blown away by this amazing house. The views from the large picture windows in the lounge were amazing. We spent a lot of time watching the lambs frolic in the field in front. The house had every comfort we could want and the fact that we had a bathroom each and 3 large beds was perfect. The master downstairs bedroom was amazing. Can't wait to return.
Great accommodation can’t fault it. Plenty of room for 4 teenagers 2 adults and a dog. Perfect location across the road from the beach. Rhosneigr is a great little place nice places to eat and drink. Good breakfasts above the surf shop and sandy mount house is lovely for cocktails. This comes highly recommended only one slight issue, no corkscrew. Please can we have a corkscrew for next year. Thank you !
Stayed at 'The View' for a long weekend with our son and daughter and their families. The house had everything we needed and the location was great for the beach and shops. We had a great time and were lucky with the weather.
We loved Coed Y Llan! Beaches and dog friendly walks near by, cozy pubs and restaurants, plenty of room for our large group to relax. The team at Rhosneiger Holidays could not have been more helpful. We will be back in the summer. Great value, fantastic location.
This was our third visit to Lakeside and due to the property being up for sale, it may very sadly be our last, although I do hope the new owners can be persuaded to let it! It is a lovely property and only a couple of minutes walk from the beach. It is very well equipped, lovely and warm and the shower in the en-suite is wonderful! It works really well for families, particularly if there are any television disagreements as there is a separate upstairs lounge area with its own television and another in the master bedroom. The large kitchen with underfloor heating and patio doors onto the ga...more
Very spacious and well appointed modern house. Comfortable beds and lovely linen and towels. Everything you could wish for in the kitchen. Living room has plenty of seating for all plus DVDs and games. Small but pleasant outdoor patio area. Would recommend.
This property was really comfortable and included everything required for a pleasant stay. Wonderful walks from the door and a very nice pub at the end of the road. Nothing else required really!
Excellent location near shops and food places sea and beautiful beach 2 mins away. Everything you could need in driftwood kitchen well equipped beautifully decorated and lovely little touches like dog bed and treats
Tides Reach is in an excellent position , apartment was clean, Beds comfortable, not really enough wardrobe space though for 4 people bedrooms need blackout blinds I imagine In summer it would be very bright, coat hooks as you enter apartment would be good , kitchen chairs quite badly stained settees and cushions a little grubby apart from little niggly things we would definitely recommend & would return
We arrived to no heating and an obvious leak in one of the bedrooms. Whilst the onsite team came out quickly it was evident that one of the bedrooms would be unusable during our stay. We suggested that it should be cleaned in readiness for the next guest which was done. On our return we requested a part refund for the loss of this bedroom but to no avail. It was clear that other properties were experiencing similar problems. Had the room been urgently needed I suspect we would have been treated better but, in hindsight, wish we'd just left the problem for the next occupants. We had a sim...more
A very comfortable bungalow, area quiet just what we wanted for a relaxing break. Garden secure so our gorgeous cockapoo Spencer could have a little run round
One of our favourite holiday haunts. Comfortable accommodation, great location, close to beach. We’ve just returned from a week’s break and again the weather was very kind and we were treated to several fabulous sunsets while enjoying a glass of wine on the balcony. Hard to beat anywhere in the world!
Ty Traeth is a spacious clean property. We had a lovely stay and hope to come back one day. Loved it
All round a very pleasant experience, booking was very easy and staff very helpful & timely with responses to questions we had. The property is in an excellent location close to the beech(30-40 sec walk) although you do not have a sea view. It was very clean and kitted our well with all gadgets covered, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, TV’s and DVD players. One small gripe was that kicking boards around units in the kitchen area are not fitted properly and look untidy (pinickity I know but as an engineer I do have slight OCD !) Great beach walks, you can walk for miles, the town is access...more
Stayed here with my family had such a relaxing stay. The set up of the house is fantastic. Lovely large kitchen and 2 seating areas. Makes it a lovely social space. The garden was fantastic for the kids and very private. Loved that it was close to the beach too we would definitely return. We have stayed at 3 of the holidays letting places now and this has been our favourite.
My cousin and I really enjoyed our short break in Cerrig Bach and in Rhosneigr too. The cottage was cosy, comfortable and had all the facilities we needed. We had a brief problem with no hot water when we arrived, but we received a very prompt response from Debbie, who came to locate the switch for us. On our last day the hot water tap would not turn off properly and again Lee came to sort that out, even after Office closing hours. We felt in safe hands and it was lovely to meet my daughter’s friend Debbie, from Royal Navy Days. Debbie was also very helpful in another aspect too. Silly me had ...more
We really enjoyed our time at Ty Arthur. On arrival everywhere was lovely and clean and cosy. Location was ideal for walks to the beach, pub and cafe and also for travelling further afield. We would not hesitate in returning! It's a little gem. (Be aware of step down into bedroom from lounge!!)
We had a brilliant stay in Rhosneiger, it’s the second time we have booked with Rhosneiger holiday lets and the service is first class. When we had a problem I let them know and it was sorted the same day. The accommodation was very clean with everything we needed for the holiday, perfect location in the village and less than 5mins to the beach which was great for a walk even on a blustery February day. 5* from us!
A great place with perfect location. Inside it’s comfy, warm, practical. Perfect views to the beach. Not many places better:)
A well equipped cottage, clean and ideally situated for Rhosneigr and surrounding areas. We have stayed in many cottages in Wales and this one ticked all the boxes! I was particularly impressed with the level of customer service from Rhosneigr Holiday lettings - they were excellent. We visit Anglesey several times a year and will certainly be booking with you again! Thank you.
We loved our stay in bwthyn Dwynwen its a fab little cottage and had everything we needed, very clean and comfortable and it's great to be able to bring the dogs, thank you so much.
We loved this cottage it was great. Only minuses was there was a bit of a smell of urine in the lounge on the settee next to the log burner !! Not sure wether it was animal or human but never mind. The only other thing was the second bedroom was quite cold damp smelling and could have done with an extra source of heat in there, and the extractor fan needs sorting out as when it’s windy it flaps around outside and makes a loud banging/tapping noise. Apart from that it it was great the garden is lovely, kitchen is brilliant with everything you need and we will definitely be coming back here i...more
Stayed for a long weekend, when we arrived the flat was spotless, essentials were left with a little treat to have with a cup of tea. The view of the bay is breathtaking, you can sit and watch endlessly. The weekend we stayed was when Storm Jorje was here, didn't spoil the weekend, as we still went for a walk on the beach on the Saturday and Sunday. There are a couple of nice places to eat within a five minute walk of the flat and the is a chippy close by. We intend to come back in the summer and would recommend it.
As with previous stays everything top draw just got our 5 day break in before the corona virus called a halt for bookings for the time being hopefully when this horrible situation is over god willing will be back again as we love Anglesey as my son and myself enjoy walking the coastal path and is a place my lovely late wife Tracy loved also thank you Rhosneigr holiday lettings
This is our 2nd stay, and again it didn't disappoint. The apartment was clean and ready for arrival with some lovely biscuits waiting for us, the apartment is very cosy, and having the little extras make it a more enjoyable stay, for example having tea, coffee sachets, dishwasher tablets and washing liquid makes a difference if you have forgotten to pack it, games, dvds, WiFi, and I like that bedlinen, towels and tea towels are provided.one less thing tobreme9to pack. The location is excellent, my son and husband love seeing the planes so we enjoy the very short walk to the run way. We w...more
Rhosneigr holiday lets are the perfect home from home. Everything you could ever need is provided - and more besides. Took a last minute break in February half term and storm Dennis couldn't spoil it - only one day out of five where it rained all day so we went to sea zoo. Lovely getting back each day to such a comfortable place - will definitely be back.
You wouldn't beat the position of this property. Ideal for family getaways. The children loved being so close to the beach.
Another fantastic week at Rhonwil. The bungalow is a great base and had everything we needed for our week away. We're already looking forward to our next stay!
Good location for our stay. Great views. Easy to park. Needs a torch if arriving in the dark to see the key safe buttons! And to safely get up the steps although you can park at the front too. Could have been a bit cleaner. Dusty under radiators crumbs in drawers and someone’s top left in the wardrobe Biggest problem is that there is no freezer. Not even a freezer box in the fridge for ice Needs thought if you are catering for yourselves especially with children. No ice cream? No ice for G&T? A cheap freezer in the garage would be a great addition so no need to alter the kitchen Could d...more
Pencalys is a real treat, the photographs do not do it justice, It is deceptively spacious, well laid out and has a welcoming homely feel. It is a well loved family holiday home with everything you need for a relaxing break. Private parking, central in the village and so close to the beach, it would have been good to have stayed longer.
This was our 3rd stay in Rhosneigr and a Rhosneigr holiday letting property and as previously experienced everything was perfect. Jamie you and your team are great Thank you
There's something very comforting and reassuring sitting by the flickering flames of a log burner watching the nature do its worst outside. Our third visit to Morwennol coincided with some of the worst weather of the winter. The house is warm and snug once you master the heating controls and there is the added bonus of the two log burners and we were glad to have brought a supply of logs, not particularly because the house needed the extra heating but because it added to the cosy family feel for our multi generational family half term holiday. The house is spacious enough for all family membe...more
Despite the horrible weather (Storm Dennis), we had a fabulous stay. The cottage is in an ideal location for walking & has everything you need for a comfortable self catering holiday. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms clean & the furniture & fittings had everything you needed for a short break. We visited the tea rooms across the car park & the pub/restaurant at the end of the road & they were fab - excellent service & good quality food. All in All it was a fab holiday. Thank You
I initially booked Hafan purely for the views of RAF Valley but I soon came to realise it offered much more than great views. The beach is at the end of the road and as we have a dog this was brilliant. We arrived to find a spotless well equipped bungalow. It was very spacious and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Everything we needed was there. I honestly can’t find fault with this property
Nice & bright. Excellent location. Beds really comfy. Good, well fitted kitchen. Brill shower. Had to leave 3 days early, which was a shame, but hope to return one day, god willing. Nany thanks.
We have just stayed here for a short break- the location is ideal, as it is just a stone’s throw away from the breach, shops and bars. House was very clean with a real beach house feel to it with the artwork and furnishing. Customer service is excellent – I telephoned the customer care team as the kitchen tap stopped working, literally within 5 minutes, a friendly maintenance man was at the property who replaced the tap whilst we were at the beach. We would recommend this property and will hoping to book this property again in the summer.
We have stayed in several cottages around Anglesey and this has to be one of the best for location! Literally 2 minute walk to the beach it was fantastic! The cottage itself was nice but it did seem a little dusty and a few cobwebs knocking about. The living room was very cold too compared to the rest of the cottage even with the fire on, although we did go in March and it was a spacious living room. The kitchen was very clean and had everything we needed for our 5 night stay. The outside areas were clean and well kept and would be lovely to sit out in warmer months. All in all very good stay ...more
The location of the apartement could not have been better. A very comfortable stay and the view of the sea from the lounge was as it is stated in the description. Will be booking this place again.
Despite Storm Dennis, we thoroughly enjoyed our week half term break at the Eagles. Having stayed here once before some years before, it was lovely to return and to see the fantastic renovations that have occurred. The house is very comfortable and well furnished. It was so good to return home after a beach walk or bike ride to a wood burning stove and a hot bath. The Rhosniegr Holiday Lettings Team were fantastic in dealing with any issues that arose even though their work load was greater than usual in the wake of the storm. The area is great for exploring both on foot or by bike. We love th...more
